Absolute Recomp - North Richland Hills

This gym is awesome. I will never go to a different gym. Jonathan and Frankie have been so helpful, everytime I need help or have a question they have an answer immediately. They seem so excited to help out.

I visited this gym and had such an amazing customer service experience! Bryce helped me and walked me through the layout of the gym, the types of machines, prices, and more! I appreciated having someone to tale the time and explain everything to me, this made me get a membership here! Great clean gym and great staff! Ask for Bryce!

I have never seen a gym on this level. It is a state of the new Era. They have state of the art equipment. Charging plus in individual lockers. They have mirrors with lights around it. As it.should be, coaching staff on the floor. Very impressed...

First time at this gym and it was really cool!!! There were lots of equipment I had never seen before, but Phil was so helpful!!! I will definitely be signing up my next visit!

The best💪💪. Don't change what you are doing because it works. Different crowds go at different hours and the music is different at different hours.The equipment and the vibe is what makes the gym. People should be able to record as much or as little as they like. That is a sign of the times Don't change that.

This gym is unique. Don't ever make it a carbon copy of the other gyms. The vibe is cool, and a select, die hard clientele will remain and attract like-minded individuals and athletes.

Keep the guest fee the same. Anyone with a desire to train in a top notch facility will pay. This is just part of business. You got it right.

Way to go on always producing gym swag. I have not tried the supps, but I like that you have selected a couple brands to showcase.

I love absolute recomp!! Best gym by far… Drew is amazing and is always down to help out when having questions about certain products!! He needs a raise ASAP!!

Best equipment in the DFW area. Staff is always very friendly. Large selection of supplements available for purchase. Opening of the new location improved the parking situation. Influencer tripods can be annoying at times, but you get used to them fairly quickly.

Overall, can’t beat the experience Absolute Recomp provides - especially at this price level!

Appreciate that they enforce their rules on not filming without people's consent! This fake "influencer" stuff is getting ridiculous let alone when they make fun of other patrons behind their back! Thank you!

Great and well kept gym, my first workout I felt overwhelmed with the amount of different of machines (good thing) and all the unique ways they move.

This gym has 100% changed my outlook on gyms and lifting in general! Being a member here for the last year has created so many friendships due to the incredible environment AR fosters! From the constant improvement of facilities to the new equipment always coming in, AR is always working on making things better. Looking forward to lifts here is the highlight of my day🔥 thanks for everything y’all!!!

Best gym in DFW! Everyone is always very helpful and Jeremiah consistently puts me on to the best of the best supplements, apparel, and gym advice! Shoutout to Jonothan and Frankie as well for holding down in the overnights!

Absolutely love this gym. Large space with plenty of equipment. They have everything I could ever need including supplements to help me along the way. My boy, Drew, got me signed up, took me on a tour, and even helped me find the right preworkout for me. Shoutout to him for being super friendly and making this gym feel like a second home!

This was a great gym experience and with their new opening coming up in Las Colinas, I think they’ll make a great gym choice for someone willing to allocate the necessary funds this type of gym. Equipment is a little to close to each other for my liking but overall great gym

Great gym has every machine or piece of equipment you need or want, on top of that amazing staff always great with helping and answering questions(Drew, Madison, Frankie, Zane, Dylan, and Isaac )

this place is friggin awesome sauce. the vibe is immaculate, the workers are very nice, and the equipment is top notch and frequently refreshed. isaac is great, brax is awesome, drew is very cool, their my buddies for real. and jeremiah put me on to this review so he’s obviously doing his job too. all the workers are nice , never met a bad one.

I moved to DFW from Ohio and came across Absolute Recomp on a holiday when other gyms were closed. The staff was accommodating and I was able to get a day pass to get a workout in and I’ve been a member ever since!! I’ve never been to a gym with a stronger sense of community— from power lifters to body builders and everything in between, they have something for everyone. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Best equipment in the game, dope posing room, and an amazing staff— all for a great price. Constantly improving and updating their equipment/facility to make for a better overall experience for their guests. I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area 😊
