Came here to get my car registered. Everything went smoothly. Had to show my out-of-state driving license, proof of car insurance and previous registration documents. Got the TX license plate in about 15 minutes.

I’ve never had such a great experience with a courthouse as I did here. Went in for a passport and it took no longer than 20min threw the whole process. Super friendly staff and not too mention the spotless odorless building. You just don’t find clean buildings like this anywhere, anymore. Highly highly recommend getting your passport here. The drive was well worth it! Thank you!!

Everytime I've been there I go at 8 and I'm never there more than 1 hr and usually within 20 minutes . Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Excellent process that efficiently moves folks through and out the door. Plenty of seating, easy to understand instructions, very nice grounds, clean restrooms. I was treated very nicely by folks who seem to enjoy interacting with the public. Great job, Tarrant County!

I was so pleasantly surprised. I was able to park fairly close to the door. Unlike other places I've been. Walking and standing is difficult for me. So I was happy the office I needed was a short walk once inside. I was there to get handicap parking plates. It was quite and clean. They called my number right away. It only took about five minutes. And the young woman that helped me was very polite and professional. Great experience.

So quick and efficiently run. I remember when it used to take hours. Registered one car and complicated title transfer on another. In and out is less than half an hour.

Easy, convenient and fast process

A very pleasant experience. Sarah was very professional and polite. In and out in 23 minutes for two vehicles! I had heard horror stories but not here.

When I arrived inside the building I checked the direction board to where I had to. go. After that I proceeded to the kiosk checked in then my number printed out. Then right away my number was called. I did not have time to set down nor did I have to wait. I was in & out within 10 minutes

I had to go to the court house the other day to get the handicap placard for my mother-in-law. When I walked in and saw the crowd I thought oh my I'll be here forever. But they have a great system in place and I was not there very long the service was excellent!
