The UPS Store

Mr Chris and his co worker were very helpful and patient. I came into the store 30 minutes before closing, and was politely greeted by Mr Chris. He processed my return, and when I asked about printing, he extended those services along with his co worker who stepped in and provided me with further instructions.

I did not feel rushed at all but instead welcomed as soon as I opened the door. I recommend this store to any and everyone !! ♥

I have used the store several times to ship packages and they've always been very helpful. Maddie was exceptionally helpful today and very friendly, polite and professional. She answered all my questions, helped me find the best options and it was honestly a really great experience. She personifies what quality customer service is supposed to look like.

Leo was amazing, we needed to get some brochures printed and he did a great job at helping and insuring the printing came out great. Overall wonderful experience and Leo was such a ray of sunshine!

Did two Amazon returns. See my review on the NE Mall store for context. Went on a Sunday. Store was dead. I was in and out quickly and my returns were accepted with no problem.

We pulled up at 3:01 on a Sunday not knowing they had just closed. Totally our fault as we didnt check the hours beforehand. When Sami saw my husband walking back to the car after checking their posted hours, she came out and told him she would still be happy to help. She was super friendly and fast. This is our new favorite location. Customer service is unmatched!

I liked this location. It’s clean, organized, and not too busy.
Lots of reviews saying how expensive some of the products and services are… but it’s a UPS Store. They’re here for convenience. If you want cheap, go to the library. Besides, the lady and gentleman here are friendly(:

I went in to get some documents notarized for my divorce and I was a little upset but Sami helped me and she was just incredible. It was fast easy and convenient and I was in and out in no time. I would recommend this UPS location to all my friends.

This UPS store is kind of hidden away. It's not usually very busy. You can get in and out quick and the people are nice

I went into this store because I started selling things on EBay. The employee there named sammy
help me realize that I can just use QR codes instead of printing labels at home that was so helpful and I’d going to make shipping stuff way easier for me.

Had issues at the location off pipeline.. Came here and there were no issues. The lady was friendly, the store very clean, and it was smooth getting in/out quickly.

Brand spanking new and it only has the blue vinyl sign up right now. It smells so good in there and the owner is so nice.

This location is new and clean and spacious and very well located. The service was great and the people were friendly. It is also located so that getting in and out and parking is very easy.
