Premier Rehab Physical Therapy: Keller Parkway

Dr. Whitney was my therapist. Her bubbly personality and knowledgeable explanations of what needed to be accomplished and each exercise that worked to that end was invaluable to a patient. After a total knee replacement and 30 years of falling behind on my needed flexibility, this is the only place I would ever go. All the doctors and techs there are incredibly knowledgeable. They are sensitive to exactly how you feel, and most importantly, they know how to get you where you need to be. I not only feel like a patient, I feel like a friend there!

In the Spring of 2022, my son (age 16) had a horrible football injury to his left ankle. After surgery he started at Premier for his therapy even when he was unable to put any pressure on the foot. We have had a great experience here! The staff have been very helpful working with him at every stage and getting him ready for sports again. Thank you Premier Rehab!

Therapist Dr. Brad Stuckey and Tech John Herr have done an amazing job with getting me back into racing triathlons.
This is the first time ever I have looked forward to physical therapy!

Dr. Brad Stuckey (Brad) and his team at Premier Rehab Physical Therapy at 816 Keller Pkwy #200, Keller, TX 76248 is the best place to go for any type of Physical Therapy needed. I was there for Balance Therapy that I needed after receiving a Concussion through a work injury that left me with balance issues along with cognitive issues.

The Staff at Premier Rehab is friendly, caring and concerned with you making as much progress as possible. The atmosphere is positive, casual and clean. They follow all CDC guidelines. Wearing a mask is optional for the clients, but It is recommended that you do. They have hand cleaner readily available for before and after your therapy.

Dr Brad and his team were very knowledgeable and hands on during my visits. They all work together seamlessly where one of the assistant therapist can take over where another therapist ended. They all seemed to know what exercises I needed during my sessions and what my goals were under the watchful eyes of Dr Brad who was extremely hands on for all my visits. They work so well together that I did not feel slighted at all. I felt well cared for by everyone. If I had a question, I could ask any Therapist as they are all knowledgeable.

The initial meeting is with Dr Brad where he takes preliminary information and test where you are physically to see how much progress you make during your therapy. Then each visit is professional personalized to what you need, your goals and to get you back to the best you that is possible.

In my case, although I still have permanent disability issues, I made tremendous progress and I am entirely happy with my time spent at Premier Rehab.

Dr Brad did more than just Physical Therapy. He motivated me, he taught me so much about each and every therapy exercise and he shared his knowledge in laymen terms so I can continue to grow upon what I was learning.

After, I saw the difference during my therapy appointment, Dr Brad inspired me to continue my therapy at home by purchasing some of equipment we used. He even helped me measure the equipment so I could get the same thing I was using for my home balance therapy sessions. I don't want to back track so now it's up to me to keep going and not lose the skills I learned.

I will tell you it's very much hands on so dress comfortably and be prepared to work hard. 20 seconds will feel like 20 minutes and 1 minute will feel like 1 hour. You will be sweating and exhausted when you leave, but you will still be looking forward to the next appointment.

I feel I succeeded in my goals while I was there. The part I liked most was my discharge testing that showed me how far I had come thanks to Dr Brad and his team.

Very easy to establish as new patient. Just after surgery, my brace was uncomfortable. I stopped by unannounced and Brad adjusted it. Matt and Drue are amazing therapists. I'm very happy with my progress. Appointment times are convenient and easily arranged. They value my time and work hard to stay on schedule. Excellent facility!

I had an appointment at this location but on my way there I had a medical emergency. I managed to get to this location and went inside to talk to the director, Brad, as he had already been contacted about my emergency. This man put me at such ease, calmed me down, did an assessment and suggested I go to the ER for follow-up. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for all the folks involved…Brad in Keller, Ann at the Western Center location, Dr Tran and Corrine at Compass Pain and Spine. I did go to ER and got a clean bill of health!!! But the signs were there for a stroke. So grateful to BRAD as he knew the signs to look for. Thank you ALL. All the folks at both Premier locations were very considerate and kind and concerned.

I got to work with Dr. Emily post ACL and meniscus surgery for about 3 months, and I could not recommend a better place to go. Emily does a lot with knee rehab, but I have seen people with every therapy goal imaginable enter their doors. She got me to a point where I was confident in my legs ability, helped me look for a new PT in my college town, and was always willing to listen and offer advice if I had concerns. The staff here are so genuine and always willing to help. Thank you Premier team and Emily!!

My wife and I have both rehabbed at Premier. We have been very happy with the people and the therapy sessions. Best of all we have seen concrete results. Neuropathy in my legs caused numerous falls and difficulty walking. After working with Brad and his team, I have greatly reduced my risk of falling and I am back on a good walking routine on my treadmill, both things that I didn't think would ever happen again until I rehabbed at Premier. BIG Thanks to Brad and his staff for patience, knowledge, and help getting me back on the tennis court without any more knee pain! Brad and the staff kept me positive and kept me working so I could get back to doing what I love! They listened and adjusted and helped me to stay motivated to keep up the exercises. They saved me $$ by working my dr on the PT plan so I didn't have to spend money on an MRI when PT was the answer. Very grateful to Brad and Premier Rehab. Nothing personal, but hoping I don't have the need to go back to PT for any other pain, BUT if I do, I will definitely be calling on Brad and his staff.

I had rotator cuff surgery and Dr. Ryan Vick was my PT. I can’t say enough about how great he is. I felt progress in every session. He is very kind and compassionate. He was very attentive to my needs and encouraged me constantly through the healing and rebuilding process. And every other staff member that assisted with my program took great care of me and kept me going in the right direction. Everyone is very professional, caring, and personable. They knew my name and treated me like family. I always felt that my success was important to each of them. I am forever grateful to them for what they have done for me. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy. I almost want to have another injury so I can go back to them….just kidding….maybe not…but if I do I know where I’ll go!

After trigger finger surgery it was essential that I have rehab to ensure that my strength and range of motion for my fingers returned to normal. Sara Kraenow, OT, worked with me to regain both as quickly and as painlessly as possible. She explained what we needed to do, showed me how we would proceed and established a reasonable plan for us to proceed. My results were excellent! I never doubted her ability to recover my fingers back to near normal. I feel she was one of the most attentive OT I have ever worked with.

Had knee surgery 5 weeks out from my ski trip with another ski trip scheduled a week after that. Brad took on the challenge to get me prepared for my Dr. to approve the trip. The entire staff at Premier showed professionalism and a lot of knowledge throughout each of my visits. I observed the staff interacting with all their clients and thoroughly explaining the therapy as Brad had been doing for me. Brad asked a lot of questions and listened well. Needless to say that I am ready to ski. Thank you to the entire team and especially Brad for his knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Emily, Brad, John, Michael, Lauren, Jacquelyn and Whitney were all part of my recovery of the use of my knee after a hard fall. I'm so thankful for their expertise and care. This is a wonderful place close by, and I highly recommend them!

I have been receiving physical therapy from the Premier Rehab Clinic in Keller, Texas. After only a few treatments I have added strength in my left leg affected by Parkinson’s disease and a stress fracture of my left tibia. I can now walk with an upright walker. I enjoy the positive attitudes of the trainers.

I have been under Ryan’s (Dr. Vick) care on and off for almost a year. After having a second shoulder surgery in a 6 month period of time, I am always happy with the care I receive at Premier. It’s not just Ryan’s expertise and compassion that confirms I’m receiving the best treatment possible, but also the entire staff. Zack, Parker & Makenna, always check me in with a smile, assist Ryan with my treatments and are always helpful when I have had to call. Ryan goes above and beyond to assure I’m well taken care of and always provides an explanation and reason of what goals we are working towards. Emily has done my sessions a few times as well and was also wonderful to work with.
I know I’m in the best hands at Premier and will be forever grateful for all they have done for me.

Brad is a great therapist for baseball players. He helped me with elbow pain where it felt like I couldn’t throw. After I did 6 weeks of therapy with him it felt great and was back to throwing better than I did before.
