Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Always a fun atmosphere. This has been a family favorite restaurant for many years. The hamburgers are very delicious. The best part overall is the fries. They are steak fries and bottomless. The the Red Robin seasoning with the fry sauce plus the fries and I don't think there is a better combo out there. My favorite burgers are the pepper jack and the monster. Pictured is the Mad Love which is a good blend of flavors and the Lava Queso (limited time) burgers. I would only recommend the Mad Love out of those two options.

They don't usually do same-day reservations at Red Robin, but they managed to squeeze in a 20-person party last minute. It was a bit awkward using the side door for wheelchair access, but hey, you adapt, right? The service rating was lower because there were few staff members attending to multiple tables, leading to issues with attentiveness and personalized service, but that’s the restaurants staffing fault not individual staff.

My bf and I went to dinner and he ordered a regular red robin cheese burger and it had a bacon cheeseburger with added fried jalapeños it was amazing also super recommend ordering the fries well done they are way better . Out waitress was super friendly and on point with drink refills

The staff here was incredibly helpful and accommodating in making sure there was either no black pepper in the foods I ordered or making sure it was made without it. I had the most amazing burger that was made without seasoning on the patty and my plain fries were still delicious with the campfire sauce they make. My brother tried the truffle fries and he said they were super delicious! I will definitely be back here

I went with my friends and the waiter was so nice there was good food and the atmosphere was on point (I know I'm a kid but you can trust me)

Went to dinner for a family night out, spent about $20 a person. For drinks, appetizer, main meal, and a shared dessert. If you want cherry coke, they add a flavor shot of cherry to your coke and costs an extra $0.79. I would recommend the Mad Love Burger, has a spicy kick with a Parmesan crisp that gives it a nice crunchy flavor. We finished dinner with a long stack of donuts that come with chocolate or Carmel dipping sauces. (8 donuts in a long stack, and about 4 donuts in a short stack). Not a bad place to take the family out for an enjoyable dinner!

We eat here more often now that my wife has to be gluten-free. They have buns for her sandwiches & they are very careful about her food allergy. Good food, decent prices, quick service, and a clean environment.

Haven't been here in a very long time. And it was husband's idea today. Husband ordered Mad Love Burger. When waitress said it was her favorite and a customer favorite, well, I ordered it, too. I was finding it hard to choose when so many selections on the menu looked good. Don't know how long this all-you-can-eat, except onion rings, sides has been offered but it meant that very hot fries were brought to the table as an appetizer just a few minutes before our hamburgers. Sorry that I didn't get a photo of the too tall Mad Love Burger before smushing it down to an edible size. I only ate half. Guess I really did enjoy those too good steak fries with their slightly spicy, fuller version of fry sauce. Usually pass up desserts but RR had husband at "lemon" with our current homemade lemon dessert craze, so he ordered Freckled Lemonade Cake, which we enjoyed, even though we left with full stomachs (enjoyable meals) and lighter wallets (don't get this quality and selection cheap). Management: I'm sure you are well aware, but Kerrie is a gem!

My mom and I had lunch at Red Robin, we both ordered the fish and chips, and we’re blown away at how delicious they were! Our server was over the top. Amazing, her name is Tricia, ask for her when you go! She made the whole experience even more amazing. I haven’t been to a Red Robin in a really long time, and I have to say I pleasantly surprised at the food and the amazing service. We will be back!

I hadn’t been here in so long and it was still so good! The place was packed but we were greeted right away and our server kept checking on us frequently! So that’s great itself. So I love the free refills on the fries and the root beer floats, and I get them every time! I ordered the chicken tender salad and had them toss the chicken on buffalo sauce and it was so yummy and the salad was huge! We also ordered the new pretzel burger and that was so good too with the side of cheese sauce to dip in, yum!

My husband and I visited this red robin on Sunday evening around 7:00 P.M. We called to check about the wait time for 2 people and were told 20 minutes but when we arrived it was 30 minutes. There were lots of people waiting so we just left our name and went to target!

When we received the text message we were seated within 2 minutes. The restaurant feels very spacious and it was clean. There were menus and seasonings and condiments on the table for us. The waitress was quick and friendly. We asked for fries pretty much immediately and she was exceptional at doing that for us! She was very quick and responsive and made sure our drinks were also full. She also made sure that we had campfire sauce and ranch.

The food was amazing as always. We received lots of fries. My husband got the monster burger and I got the Whiskey BBQ Chicken sandwich. we had a birthday burger and the waitress took applied the discount with any questions or problems. She really was an exceptional waitress and for that reason alone I would go back to this specific restaurant. Red Robin is winning with this server. I didn't catch her name but she had a beautiful red and black ink tattoo on her forearm.

best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Wonderful atmosphere and to die for fries. Phenomenal service with wonderful suggestions from the staff. will be coming back.

My husband and I love this place. We especially loved our experience tonight. We were served by Mike who was super friendly and personable. He asked about my husband's Frontier watch and told us about teaching Special Ed. during the week. He was way on top of things. We never had to ask for a refill, he checked on us often, and he brought our check and to-go containers in good time. He also sold us on a milkshake even though we were so full. 😉 Great guy, great experience. Thanks for a good night.
P.S. Poppin' Purple Lemonade is the best AND there are substitutes for salad instead of fries, turkey instead of beef, and wheat instead of white buns!

I ate a very delicious Banzai Burger! Our server was very friendly and did an excellent job.
We were there about 2:00 pm on a Wednesday afternoon, there was no wait to get a table and our food came out pretty quick.

Food and service were awesome! They were very busy when I went in with my date. We wanted to go elsewhere and it said the other place was open online, but they aren't actually open. Needless to say Red Robin came in clutch for an amazing impromptu place to visit. Food was amazing. My dates drink did not come blue which kinda sucked, but hey, it was still alcohol!

We had a great experience here today. Our waitress Kylee was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly and wonderful with our one year old daughter. In a time where good service is rare. She was exceptional.

Is a favorite place my daughter loves to eat at. We come often and it's always been great! Service was not the best. Waitress forgot things and mainly because she was not organized. She also never came and checked on drinks.

Very pleased with our server she was juggling multiple tables at the same time but still managed to refill my drink multiple times. I even over heard the convo next to us and there was an issue with there food. She was super nice offered to comp the dessert and apologized multiple times. Very impressed with the professionalism.

Didn't like where the table was sitting. But other than that, it was all amazing. It's a bit pricy, but everywhere is getting there. Oh, and I wouldn't recommend the fried pickles

Great place to bring the family! We didn't have to wait long for a table for 7. Servers are always friendly and welcoming. So far, I haven't had any food items I didn't enjoy!
