Only ordered coffee at drive-thru. The young lady at window was pleasant and had a positive attitude.

I go early in the morning the workers are the sweetest people ever. Get your food quickly, my orders are always right. The A.M shift is the best

The staff here actually do a great job. I usually do curbside pickup through the app due to changes I make on the burgers for my kids. They always have it correct and waiting in my car for 10 minutes is better than waiting in line and trying to make all the changes. Great and friendly staff.

Really surprised about all the 1 star ratings! We stopped there for breakfast today and it was awesome.. best tasting McDonald's breakfast Ive ever had, came out piping hot, super friendly drive thru staff, and lightning fast. Wonderful experience every time. The best indoor play place around. Always clean, fast, and the staff is great! Please check it out especially if you have kids.

Had a very pleasant experience here. Of note, Sam who works the morning shift deserves every ounce of recognition for his professionalism, courtesy, friendliness and respect. I had a small issue with my order but Sam went above and beyond to remedy it. Coffee was just what I needed on that Monday morning too.

great service, very polite. order was correct and I asked for extra ketchup and didn't see it in the bag...the young lady was awesome, she said she thinks its in the bag so I believe her and went back to look and found it. well she brought me some outside anyway with a big smile!!! LOVE GREAT SERVICE. THANKS

I went through the drive thru (has two lanes) and even though the line was long it was moving at a fast pace the employees were really nice they got my order right and all the food was hot and tasty. Went in to use the restroom i noticed that the lobby was spotless you could eat off the floor. The bathroom was in excellent condition too if you're thinking about going to this McDonald's GO FOR IT my experience was excellent!!!

There really understaffed but, everytime I go they get my order to me really quick. The night shift or day shift. Everytime iv had anything wrong they fixed it so good to me

First time I've opted for McDonald's in a very, very long time! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, and the service was great as well!

I stopped at the McDonald's on 280 by pass across from P.C.Al. Walmart and ordered 8 sausage egg McDuffie. This was like 6 am when just opened and on Mothers Day. This lady was so nice and talked so well to me. I understood I would need to pull up and wait, especially when others were behind me. She was so efficient with others and I didn't have to wait very long. Wish I had gotten her name, but I did wish her a Happy Mother's Day and got a big smile with a thank you. Now this is what we call service with a smile. Need more like this lady!!!

I like their perks. Their app. Freeeeee stuff! But with doordash u can not redeem that.

Tatiana(sp) WAS SUPER AMAZING today on the inside. I visited here on 3/12/2020 @ 08:17pm (order09). Absolutely love her smile, her customer service, and her genuineness.!! If I could give her 10 stars I would!! Her customer service is the type that makes me want to come back. Thank you Tatiana!!

This location is hands down the best in the area. The employees are extremely professional and polite, especially compared to the other locations. Significantly quicker service than the location on Summerville Rd. I make the drive to this location even though there are two others that are closer to where I live.

Cleaner than most McDonald's. Nice setup for the front ordering area, there are 2 kiosks for placing your order if you'd like to do that. I haven't came at a busy time so I haven't tried nor seen anyone using them but I am assured that they work just fine. The bathrooms are clean for the most part. There is a large play land in the very front with eating areas in there as well. Parking is different as the location is connected with a Verizon Store but there is plenty all around the building. My favorite Mickey D's in the Columbus/PC area and I see them all driving for Uber and Lyft.

Always polite and the employee are all ways happy.

The employees are always so nice at the window. They even have taking care to remember my dog and always give her some whipped cream!
