My husband and I went shopping there last week for the first time and left forever customers. We purchased 8 2-week old chicks to start our first backyard flock and the chicken lady (I cannot remember her name for the life of me) was so knowledgeable and helpful, I was very impressed. She took excellent care of all her birds, you can tell she really cares and loves what she does. She was able to answer all our questions and calm my nerves regarding chicken care. She also made sure we had everything we needed to get started without over selling us. Will definitely be returning for all our chicken needs. If you'd like a more personal approach, skip tractor supply and go here instead.

I literally live within 10 miles of this store and haven't been in there in years. I have been looking for riding boots for a while and the young lady helping me was fantastic. After searching three days for a hat, I finally had to go to Phoenix City Alabama to find what I needed. This place is AMAZING! They were about to close, but still welcomed us in. Everything from clothing to apparel, work boots, some of the most gorgeous saddles, trinkets, and also feed and seed! Prices are great and offer military discount 👌
Had the pleasure of meeting the owners...two of the most enjoyable, down home people I've ever met! I think we could have talked to them all day!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Called and asked if they had leather saddle bags. They had one pair left. The lady i talked to held them until i drove all the way from hogansville. She actually told me to drive carefully due to weather being nasty. She made a 12 year old girl very happy. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

The staff here is very friendly, professional, & helpful! The prices are reasonable and there is a good selection to choose from. There are also clearance racks in the back with all dress sizes from children to plus size. I purchased my first pair of cowgirl boots here and the lady working was so helpful and patient!

Very pleasant atmosphere. I called and asked about a product being in stock and they checked and told me it was. Got to the store and the guy helped me even further. He walked around explaining other products that were useful and we talked about our pets. Every time I asked about something he had an answer and also confirmed what he said by asking another associate for verification. I will continue to go there for this particular product and others just because of the outstanding customer service, professionalism, and pleasant attitudes.

This place has an AMAZING boot selection, and their customer service is phenomenal. This is my new go-to for boots. The staff really took time to make sure I was purchasing the right boot (I think she probably had me try on at least 20 pairs before she let me decide!). I later had a warranty issue with my Ariats purchased from them, and they handled the claim so quickly and flawlessly. I highly recommend this place!

I've shopped this store for about 6 years for all my horse needs and never once been disappointed. Presents for birthdays and Christmas are in abundance. Staff/local family owners are always helpful, considerate and patient. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere.

They have the biggest selection of boots for all ages n genders I've ever seen. Merchandise for just about any animal you may have. Beautiful western wear. Just an all around awesome store!

A very nice woman (Megan -hope i spelled that correctly) answered the phone and they were probably closed or about too. She took the time to answer all my questions. Made sure the items were in stock. Gave me the prices and was as nice as a person could be. Tractor supply is a joke compared to this place. Unfortunately she had the next day off so i didn't get to thank her in person. Just that kind of service made me a future customer. Thanks for being a nice person. They always have the coolest knives, and hats! Also, anything you could need for your horse!
