Best Buy had GREAT deals on Tv's while I was online, so I found a TV for my kids' playroom at a great price & I ordered & picked up in store. I must say my kids like their new TV since the old one went out on them!

We went in for a new laptop and the Geek Squad lady was knowledgeable and intuitive, and we were lucky enough that the one we got was on sale. They do have Mac books, but any with a larger screen are pros and much too expensive for our needs. I must add that the lady was very happy, friendly, helpful, and even encouraging, not to mention a pleasure to converse with about laptops.

The Best Buy remote session access is great! I needed help getting my HP to download apps that were not Microsoft apps and the online agent was patient and very helpful with assisting me with this task. I was very much so frustrated but the agent was able to quickly assist me in less than 10 minutes. Good customer service. Usually tech support people get frustrated quickly with us non tech savvy folks but this agent was the total opposite & I really appreciate that definitely when I was already frustrated myself and on a time crunch.

Some friendly folks for sure, quick to take to what i was searching for and finished my purchase with a discounted price as well. PERFECT

Today I went window shopping for a laptop! Needed to see the screen size and feel the weight. Had a great experience with Grace, she knows her stuff! She answered all my questions and made suggestions based on needs and price point.

I've been going to Best Buy for many years. I'm glad they've moved to their current location because of how convenient it is to everything else around. I get 98% of movies from here when they come out on disk. The customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get asked if you need anything and sometimes you don't. The only complaint I have is when they've an area set up for display, they are empty. You go to the car audio section and you will find holes where a speaker should be and etc. I will continue to keep coming back.

So easy to get a dashcam installed. I felt sorry for him trying to explain how to use it. But I finally got it.

Love this store. Clean, well stocked, and plenty of store personnel to attend to you without having to wait a long time. The staff is also very helpful, eager to assist, and answer questions without making you feel hurried. Pleasant experience every time.

The Car stereo instillation department are great and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Best Buy if you are looking to upgrade or replace you car radio.

I was kinda skeptical of returning items during the holidays but they Took back my returns with no problem. And the person who accepted my returns, she was gorgeous..

We went first thing in the morning to buy a computer. Staff wasn't quite.oit on tje floor yet but it gave us time to look around. We found the staff to help us and their reaction was cheerful and enthusiastic. When we purchased the computer, tje staff member made sure we were well informed, and gave us tje best deals available.

Sonjelica is amazing. My wife and I took up way too much of her time but she was so patient and answered every question. She was so nice and pleasant. We truly loced her!

This store is great, customer service in the Home Theater was excellent, our person (I cannot remember her name for the life of me) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice store, friendly employees. I didn't buy anything, as inventory was being set out and the store was in disarray, but it was progress. I'll be back. 😀

A little hectic, but I got what I needed and online ordering with in store pick up works great.

Had issues with office depot. Best buy was there to help out and was able to get me what I needed fast.

It’s a big store and lots of high quality items for such good prices. The services were great. ( We had to fix my laptop there.)

I used the geek quad service for my lab top. My appointment was at 3:00 and I was serviced shortly after that time, because there were three customers ahead of me. The associate resolved my issue with a few minutes.
