Best place to go and get what you're looking for in books and accessories. Beautiful clean store, custom service is out standing. Comfortable place to drink or eat while you read your book, tablet, etc... I would recommend Barnes & Noble to my family and friends 🧡

I really enjoyed visiting this place, seeing the kids area for all the kid books, and they even have where the kids can play with different animal puppets. And some many book selections and Lego selections. This has been the biggest Barnes & Noble bookstore i have experienced. I found the gift i was looking for.

I’ve been to countless B&Ns all over the country and this one ranks as one of the finest in customer service. The staff is genuinely interested in helping customers and very knowledgeable with their store’s layout and its contents.
Speaking of layout, it was refreshing not to have political propaganda smacking you in the face upon entering. Each section was tastefully situated throughout the store allowing people with certain interests to then seek it out. Kudos to the manager and definitely approach that should be adopted by the rest of the locations of this chain.

An excellent store that has evolved over the last few years to better serve people! Spacious and stocked with both books and gifts for readers and those with other book related hobbies, as well as a mini toy store with educational and learning-adjacent products.

I love this place. There’s Starbucks inside where you can study there and chill. It is best place to hangout w friends.(but you gotta stay quiet ofc.) I bought my fav mangas here, me and my friends are start collecting mangas!!!

The staff are absolutely amazing. From the manager who’s extremely helpful and friendly all the way down to the cashiers who are just hilarious and delightful to talk to. Their website is almost always accurate about what they have in stock and even when its not one of the amazing employees will usually order the book for you as long as its possible. The stores very clean and I almost never notice books out of order. No other barnes and nobles (that I’ve been to) has such a variety of manga and light novels. You can tell that most all the staff LOVE books just as much as their customers. Truly an amazing store and I don’t think theres any other Barnes & Noble like it. Best thing to happen to Columbus

Had a delightful time there with my little granddaughter, looking at books and plush animals. Bought some books for my grandson's birthday. My older granddaughter got some coffee and pastry, sitting in the cafe area while on her computer. Very pleasant atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful. We love our excursions to Barnes and Nobles!

My first time in and I loved it nice people great books they had some of everything I went for the message bible and a bible cover

Everyone was super friendly, I popped in to grab a calendar I wanted, then just had to grab a drink from Starbucks, Ada was very helpful helping me decide what to get.

My kids and I love to come here and browse around. We love the anime section. My daughter loves to look at all the KPop group albums.

My fiance' couldn't find the
ministry books he was searching for, they both were out of stock. When l ask for help, I was told to wait at the desk in the middle of the store and no one showed up. I went back to the register again and the cashier said the books weren't available. I don't know if she really looked ... But we left, very disappointed.

Staff is always super friendly. They have the best Starbucks in Columbus, too.

All the way a 5star. Clean, pleasant and they ensure you of your military discounts and any other offer they have.

And to the girl at the register who asked if I was a practioner and recommended Scott Cummings, she was above and beyond sweet. We were there 10/7 3ish... she made sure my son's and I got all we needed.

Best store to hang out in! The have a kids area that is so cool. The have a stage, and puppets, and books to read. It’s a awesome! And good sales.

I came in looking for a book for my book club but they are self published and would take a while to get here but Ashley without hesitation was able to recommend the PERFECT substitute book with a similar plot while my book club and I make a decision on the other for next months read. Not only that, but Ashley was able to recommend some great reads for my 3rd grade gamer son. I am in awe of how quickly she was able to assist my exact needs and all with her bubbly personality! Thank you Ashley!

I really enjoy coming to Barnes & Noble. I almost always leave with something I've been wanting. It's also a great place to just walk around and browse. They have a nice area for kids, and you can find a gift for everyone you know here.

Great environment and friendly staff! Felt amazing sitting in the café with a delicious hot chocolate and an interesting book I've never heard of before. They give great recommendations on books!

In the hustle and hurry in the world today, was so happy this store has employees that takes time out to help others find books and if they don’t have it in stock, their happy to order it for you.

I freaking love this place. They are clean and have such sweet and respectful employees. Just ask politely if you need anything because they are busy running orders and organizing the products. I'm a total bookworm and even if I dont buy things from here all the time i still find books over everything I need especially for school. Their kids area is really nice and all together this store has everything you would ever need that revolves around books, music, movies, coffee and even toys. Worth the visit and good as gifts. I bought planners for college and books for my siblings. But my entire library is filled to the brim with books from here.🥰🥰
