Publix Super Market at Phenix Crossing

Great selection, friendly staff, usually in and out. I recommend the Publix app for weekly specials and for digital coupons... take a few minutes to create an online list ( you'll 6lack yourself). I kept $65 last trip through.

I popped in and had little wait on grabbing a Pub sub. As I do often, before I go play cards. It's always a huge sandwich and great tasting!!!

January 9, 2024, it felt like I was caught up in the coldest day of my life in Phenix, AL. As I am more focused on getting warm than paying attention to my keys, I start my Smart Car with my smartphone, and the Dup Smart Team locked me out of my car in the Publix Parking Lot. Kudos to Bradon, who helped me get assistance. This Publix is like "Family" they remind me every Wednesday to come I. And Bogo. They help me manage my weight and maintain my diet when then they see me speeding past the bakery and the Fried Chicken Tenders(The best in the World) and the the most awesome part of the Publix Experience is Mr. CHRIS! The store is immaculate and well organized, and the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Izzy, Brandon and Mr. Chris. See you all on Wednesdays!

I have found that the Publix employee's just about anywhere you go are the most courteous, friendly, and helpful people. Granted every decade or so you might run across someone having a bad day, but almost never at Publix. Yeah prices are higher than your neighborhood Walmart, but the meats and vegetables are fresher, the stored are cleaner, and, at Publix, when you can't find something, the employees often come to ask you how they can help.

Beautiful store, grocery prices seem too high however. Went in to use the pharmacy, Brandon was super helpful in getting a much needed perscription that Walgreens, our regular pharmacy, couldn't fill for us.

This store is always super clean and the employees are super friendly. I have never seen this Mountain Dew ever before... I didn't buy it since I don't like really hot things. I did buy the Mexican Coke, which was really good!! 😁

I've been going to this Publix for about 3 years now. I've made friends with some of the employees, and almost everyone has always been so friendly! I really enjoy the BOGOs and coupons too. It helps save so much. I will keep going here for a long time hopefully!

Employees are very cordial, and when we need help finding items, employees quickly respond was helpful saving us time.

Publix is my go-to store for items I can't find anywhere else but there. They staff is always friendly & helpful. Raven in the produce area is AWESOME. Definitely keep her around.

Very helpful. I am disabled and they told me to ride the scooter to my car and they would bring it in.

The Bakery has the best fresh baked bread in the area. I love their rye. All of the bakery personnel are exceptional, especially the new ones. Thank you Publix.
