Quality Inn

Spent 4 days here dur8jg a snowstorm while my truck was being repaired. Room was super clean, hallways were clean every staff member was wonderfully pleasant. Breakfast was above expectations. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Will come back again. There is room for a truck or 2 on the Mcd's side of the building, pets are alllowed with a pet deposit. Outstanding motel, deseves more than 5 stars.

This place made our trip special, we had booked with a different hotel which we found to be absolutely foul when we got there, and had to emergency book with the Quality Inn 10 minutes before we got there! They already had the reservation and was happy and helpful in every way possible. Very sweet young man at the desk was incredible and even brought us towels to the pool! The hotel was spotless and I mean that, clean carpet, clean bathroom, clean bed, SPOTLESS. I cannot say enough good things about our stay and we plan to come back next month! 😁

I've stayed at this Quality Inn on most all of my trips to WV since 2011 (many times!). I have never had any issues and everyone working there is always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, breakfast is always good, and the food at Morgan's is always good too! Conveniently located near many restaurants and stores and right off the highway. Highly recommend!

It was clean, (clean enough to take a bath), and it had a nice breakfast selection, (but the eggs were a little watered down). It's close to lots of other places, I felt safe there and the staff was super friendly. Was within 20-30 minutes of most national park trails. Only wish the toilet would have flushed better! It took several flushes, but nothing worth losing a star over. Would stay here again.

For the price it is the best deal in the area. Pool was great for our kids and open late. Walking distance to various fast food. Breakfast was pretty decent as well.

There beds was amazing and very soft... Rooms was really clean and so was the housekeepers! I enjoyed staying here other then the price I paid for 3 nights smh but other then that I wish all hotels was this nice an clean!

Beds were the most comfortable of any of the hotels we've stayed in for awhile, which was good since I got suck and needed to stay an extra night. The man cleaning the rooms knew I was sick and kept checking to see if we needed anything. Such a friendly caring man.

This was our 2nd stay here and we probably won't return. The front desk attendant was great, however the room was worn. Wallpaper peeling, worn, dirty loveseat, noisy fan. The main issue for us was the dirty toilet and shower. I went to the front desk to get Lysol and tried to clean it. Disappointing but we won't be returning.

After a very long work week, i couldn't have been happier to have arrived at this hotel on my way home. The room is amazing and Nakecia made checking and helping me park my semitruck a breeze. Beautiful rooms and excellent customer service.
I had to pop by the restaurant and bar connected to the hotel just to my surprise to be greated with the same hospitality by kecle.
Thank you for making this trip home that much easier.

First time stopping in Beckley on our drive south for some warmer weather. We were greeted by Kecia with a smile and good humour, which was nice after a full day of driving. She quickly got us our room which was very comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning hit the spot before continuing our drive. We will definitely stop here next year.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was good and the hot water was prompt. Breakfast was your standard hot breakfast without any extra touches but having everything that was expected. The front desk staff is five star. Among the best Quality Inns that I have stayed at.

We had a ground floor guest room that was clean and quiet. The breakfast area looked good the following morning. I only had coffee and tea, but many other guests seemed to be pleased with the food options.

I had a great experience the two weekend nights I stayed.
Very friendly when checking in. They have a bar (Morgan's) that has a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights (stays open till 12 or 1am depending on crowd). Ladies, there seemed to be more men on Saturday then Friday night. My room was clean and the halls were quiet. Has a pretty decent breakfast from 6-9 and dinner 5-10. I did buy dinner both nights, lil pricey but not over the top. They also have an outdoor heated pool that I didn't get a chance to check out but saw plenty of people that did.

I saw plenty of bad reviewers for hotels in this area, but this was an amazing hotel. Our room was clean, breakfast was better than expected. I am glad we decided to stay here.

Location was nice to get to, although when we visited they definitely were packed. Parking could be improved by adding more spaces. A couple of semi trucks blocked off many spots, so an area where they would be out of the way would be helpful. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were tidy. Good complimentary toiletries, and the coffee was fair. Not Starbucks, but good.

Very clean...friendly staff...the guys taking care of our room were very efficient and friendly always asked us if we needed anything. Breakfast could have something different once in awhile it was the same our whole stay.

Room was clean. Close to the interstate. Staff were friendly.

Loved the hotel! The staff is first class, and professional. The grounds are CLEAN and well maintained. I felt safe, and enjoyed time with my family!! We will use the hotel again very soon.

We always get a pet friendly room. Always have great bedding so you get a comfy night's sleep and the rooms are clean & large. They have great building security & a nice breakfast area. The Morton's restaurant in the front of the inn has great food as well so you don't have to go out to eat if you don't feel like driving.

We cam through for one night on a family vacation, just to have somewhere to sleep. Once I got in, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Comfy beds and a nice bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was good. There's an Ihop and a pizza hut within walking distance. If you're in the area then I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
