The customer service here is fantastic. I had to tow my car here with my family's truck and we didn't arrive until after hours. There was still someone there and they happily helped (not that I'm encouraging anyone to arrive after hours, they were just fantastically accommodating and deserve the praise). They accurately predicted what was wrong with the car and fixed it within 24 hours. Truly exceptional people.

Some of the nicest people I have meet and a great influence on my son who is interested in rotary engines.

These guys at CNG Technologies of Utah are absolutely top notch! I wanted to wait a little bit to confirm that the work done was as good as the customer service during the repair process, I am very happy to report that it was and then some.

We have a truck that was converted to CNG by another company (CNG Solutions) which has since gone out of business. This original installer (CNG Solutions) was so hard and irritating to deal with, they treated us like dirt, claiming that our car was the issue, we kept taking it back to them time and over again, and we kept having problems with their system. From the start, we began to have not only problems from the kit itself but began to have a chain reaction of other mechanical problems (that are not part of the CNG kit) caused by the poor work and lack of proper research and development on their part.

Recently we accidentally came across CNG Technologies of Utah (not the original installer). The second they looked at our truck they new exactly the problem, as appearantely it is a common problem with our style of motor if the CNG installers dont know what they are doing (these are my words not theirs, they were very professional and gracious on how they worded this, but as a customer I can say the blunt truth). CNG Technologies was absolutely wonderful to deal with! From start to finish, they were great at communicating, they knew their subject, and were able to fix all of CNG Solutions mess, and last but certainly not least, they were very reasonably priced for all of the work they had to do. Another thing that I really appreciated was that the truck has worked properly from the get go, no more check engine light on constantly because of poor calibration, which CNG Solutions told me was unavoidable, my truck ran great from the second I picked it up from CNG Technologies! And somehow I know that if anything is ever a problem they will honor their work. I cannot say enough good about these guys. If anyone was left high and dry like I was after CNG Solutions went out of business I would highly recommend this shop, they will treat you honestly and fairly and fix the mess that CNG solutions created.

I had an engine running too lean fault code and my bifuel truck was running rough on CNG. I took my truck into their shop, and had it fixed in a timely fashion. They do honest hardwork, and my bill wasn't extremely overinflated like some mechanics shops try to do. Literally blown away by the service and fair pricing these guys give. The owner told me they do the conversions to CNG as well so go to them over any one else hands down.

CNG technologies of Utah is THE best priced, most helpful experts on CNG in the state hands down. My company is very invested in CNG and we have tried nearly everyone for service and installation. Nobody has compared to the flexibility, knowledge and price. Brandon and Jake are super friendly, and are willing to help no matter what.

We have only had great experiences with these guys and I have used them often. They are extremely knowledgeable and more than fair. I would recommend them to Family, Friends - anyone that is looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Everything you need in a car care company.

They replaced a CNG sensor on my truck that no other mechanic or dealership could get. This is definitely the place to go for CNG repairs.

Great mechanics, friendly, and fast service.

Used them several times for CNG repairs. Last time in, they added a diagnostic fee (over $100) to the bill, even though no diagnostic was done - I had told them what the exact problem was. Told the employee that no diagnostic had been done. He just shrugged his shoulders. Paid the trumped up fee. Very unprofessional. Haven't been back since.

So far not a good start had an appointment today. No one's there. Noone answers very disappointed and disatified
