Marshall Scott went way out of his way to assist me with multiple devices. His professionalism and knowledge was way above the five star rating. More like a 10 + Star rating. Zack Marshky further assisted me, while at the Verizon Store. Zack's professionalism and knowledge was also way above the 5 Star rating. I can not sa.y enough good things about my experience. OUTSTANDING Service..!!

Wonderful to work with! Cam was so helpful and really took the time to explain everything to me. He was very efficient and answered all my questions including the ones I didn’t know I had! Would definitely return and work with him again

Thelma Keller Ave location has been great to work with. We did multiple lines at one time and Zach was informative and speedy.

I want to give a big shout out for Danny at the Effingham Verizon store located by Walmart. I got a new phone and had trouble getting my contacts to sync. Not only did he get all my contacts but he showed me some quick tips at entering my contacts. All this was done with the up most friendly attitude!

I received stellar service but I'm definitely gonna complain about paying 70 dollars for someone to run smart switch. I would think as much money as I pay monthly with 5 phone lines and 2 watch lines that you wouldn't nickel and dime me for services that I actually could do myself. I also could've just ordered online and not paid the fees I did but as far as the store itself... EXCELLENT JOB! Stayed late and made sure I was working properly.

Zack was exceptional! Smart, courteous, friendly, persistent and funny. Everything one could ask for in a representative of Verizon. Definitely earned my thanks and respect.

I had the absolute best experience upgrading my phone with Cameron at the Verizon store on Keller. Not only did he take the time to figure out which iPhone 15 model and plan works the best for me, he even delivered it to me since I was unable to come by the store. I’ve never had such a pleasant and stress-free upgrade and will definitely be coming back to Cameron every time I get a new phone or need service done.

Went into Verizon because my old phone was having issues receiving calls and texts. Upgraded to the Galaxy S23 and Tyler transferred my content with out any issues and even got me $100 off the cost!
