TA Travel Center

Rarely do I give a gas station 5 stars but TA Travel Center at 3AM is a 10 star experience. First gas prices are pretty good. The store is clean and orderly. They sell EVERYTHING under the sun. Bathrooms are clean. I had a blast chatting up the store worker. Stopped for gas but bought a good, warm winter vest for, like, $30. You don't need to stay awake until 3 AM to enjoy this place. I'm pretty sure it's great whenever.

Nice TA! Big, Clean & organized. Friendly personnel. Clean bathrooms. Cement lot. Snacks & goodies. Souvenirs. Clothing. Truck supplies. Also a Popeyes, Dunkin & sabarro pizza attached.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review much less for a truck stop. But I have to say this place was amazing, it was around 3am, I had an airbag leaking on one of my trucks and had good airbags on my truck that was broke down across town, long story.

Anyway I had all the tools I needed except for one 3/4” deep well socket and a ratchet, we tried about 4 different places looking for the tool that night, we get to the TA and meet Mr Larry and he helps us so well with loaning us a tool and I was going to go across town to the other truck and swap bags real quick and bring the tool back, but Mr Larry’s service and attitude was so great we decided to just buy an air bag instead of going across town multiple times.

There were no mechanics in house at 3am and the next nearest place to open wasn’t going to be opening until 7:30am and we needed to be at our destination by 7am. He hooked us up with a work bench to swap fittings to the new bag, teflon tape to seal the threads, and was the only person in the few places we’d gone to looking for tools to buy our use that was knowledgeable and helpful at 3am. Just a wonderful experience all around, even gave my daughter who was helping with the bag change in the middle of the night a hat to keep her ears warm.

Plenty of parking workers are very nice and polite the restaurants are great specially the Italian restaurant a lot cleaner a lot more pressure looking than on any of the Ohio or Pennsylvania turnpike

A clean TA! Lots of different varieties of food and beverages. A great drive lounge, And clean restrooms

One of the cleanest and well maintained truck stops I’ve been to. Shower is Very clean and stocked with several towels. Nice restaurant selection.

This review is not for the location in general but the Dispatch on helping me find mobile service in a timely manner. Winnie Brinkley was Superb...Polite, Prompt and Professional. Thanks for such a pleasant experience in your customer service!!

Always Enough parking. So many food places around at a walking distance. Located at a good location👍🏻

I stopped here Friday and Sunday going and coming from Memphis from Chicago. I've never seen such great customer service and smiling faces from the shell employees it was wonderful and Rachel you rock as well

Staff was helpful around the travel center. Everyone was kind.
Popeye's personnel were especially kind. We were very unsure what we wanted to eat, they gave us suggestions, and samples.
They gave my toddler a free applesauce. And they gave extra pickles for a sandwich at no extra charge.
Would definitely visit again if we are ever in the area.

Awesome service. Greeted right away by Jess. Friendly staff at the shop. No wait for oil change. Changed by Matt. Awesome experienced mechanic. Was cheaper pricing then other TAs. Nice new showers. Definately stopping here again!

Excellent, service bay staff was on the job, very nice and friendly. You don't see that these days. After doing a quick express oil change on my truck and trailer, my mechanic found a broken pin from my trail axles, simple fix but, would have been a pain if the D O T catches it. When I check my brakes this morning it wasn't missing. If they keep this kind of service up, I'll come here more offend and refer other drivers. Once again guys excellent job.

Sbarro pizza has some great food especially the stromboli with marinara sauce real good can't wait to be back again great customer service.

TA showers were small but very clean, water pressure was great along with the temperature. Very clean store and friendly staff.

Excellent stop! Staff is extremely friendly! Restrooms are clean! Showers are super well maintained! Decent food options for fast food, AND a dunkin for your caffeine needs! Highly recommend this place for the road traveling folks!

I pulled in to get a brake job and DOT inspection on my trailer. Everyone in the shop were very polite and courteous. They got me in when they said and Johhny was my tech. Johnny, I have to say, it was a pleasure having a tech like you, and if corporate is reading this, give him a raise! From his greeting in the bay to him wishing me safe travels, Johnny was excellent. One stand out moment (there were many) was when I thought he may have taken a lunch break because he wasn't coming over to explain what he was doing and out of no where he tells me I'm finished. Superb job!! I will stop in for repairs in the future!

I had a brake chamber go out went to Petro one truck in the whole bay told me 4 to 5 hours called ta they said about an hour wait drove over to TA they had 4 trucks in bay and they put me in the bay immediately in 55 minutes they had my brake chamber fixed and I was back on the road very nice and friendly guys. I got to give Trevor a shout out being an awesome mechanic quick at his job great job thanks for helping us truck drivers get out on the road quickly

One of the cleaner truck stops I have been to in a while. This one has multiple bathrooms and many showers. There are food options, but the chicken and pizza place close in the middle of the night. I got here at around 4am and was able to find parking. Dunkin donuts was open and has a decently priced menu for breakfast and donuts.

Tyler and Robert were phenomenal employees of the verizon kiosk. they were extremely helpful, funny, informative, and very courteous. Outstanding job guys. Keep up the work ethic!
