Rise is my favorite dispensary. Ever!
Atmosphere is welcoming, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and you're in and out quickly!!! No long lines because the staff is on top of it. Loyalty program is amazing. Chrissy helped us today and was absolutely wonderful! Great conversation while making our purchase. She made me smile and that's great customer service in my opinion! If you are ever in Effingham, this is your your store!

Very friendly and helpful. I'm a medical patient the line was short, ordering easy, good sale prices. Plenty of kiosks for placing orders. Very clean and well organized. Kim G. Was incredibly nice and fixed my order quickly. She also helped with telling the difference between the different kinds of strains.

Went in first time today. I usually go to dispensaries closer to the St. Louis area. I was impressed with the whole experience. The layout of the store is really well thought out. The most important part was the staff that I dealt with was really awesome. Patti helped me at the register. She was super nice and a pleasure to talk to. Definitely give this place a shot.

Kim was very pleasant and helpful even when she didn’t need to be.
Did have a problem with an item I purchased. The battery on one of my disposables only worked for a day and it’s still half full.

Patti was amazing she helped me with my medical card transfer. And gave me great information about my card . And sign me up for the rewards program and gave me a fantastic discount. We will definitely be a regular customer 😎

I have been going to RISE for about a year since I moved to town. The entire staff has been amazingly helpful. Manny is one of the friendliest faces you look forward to seeing. Kim G. always makes me feel welcome when I walk in. I can't think of a single person there that doesn't make the guests feel special. I met Tony for the first time today, I look forward to chatting with him again.

Always a pleasant visit at Rise when dealing with "Kim". I'm so glad that she recommended a flower I haven't tried yet. I trusted her suggestion and I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you "Kim"! ( Leo's rule ;) ).

I really love the prices at RISE!!!! The counter person B3 was the best during our transaction. He had the coolest shirt on and even explained he got it through a promotional program at his job.

Rise itself is a great store! And mythe lady I believe her name was Kim and she had GREAT customer service !!! She was more than sweet and helpful, most places you go, people are so rude, but my experience was pleasant, always is. Great place to go!!!

Heather was fast, efficient and friendly. She was a good resource for information on products. I like gettin in and gettin out without unnecessary chat so I thank her for that. This dispensary is always clean, large inventory and process runs smoothy.

Place is always a good vibe when I go. The people are cool and the music is nice. While they try and get everyone handled and out the door in a timely manner, I've never felt like I was in a rush, either. There also isn't any better dispos in the area in terms of price and selection as far as I've experienced.

I've been a medical patient for years and the staff at Rise is always fantastic. This time Kim G helped me out and she is so cute and funny. You are guaranteed to be treated like a best friend at this dispensary.

First time here and Mannie was made for customer service. He is extremely friendly and happy. He was very knowledgeable on the products and helped me find what I needed! Thank you so much mannie!

Patti was my cashier the other day, and they were so helpful and friendly. They explained the process of getting a medical license to me, and explained the programs in place to help expedite that process. This place is awesome. The people are super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products.

Great service. My barrister Nick E was very nice and cordial. I left a good tip for his excellent service. I usually get great service here. Sometimes this place gets pretty busy and wait times can be a bit annoying. But then, it's a dispensary right off the interstate, so...

ABOVE AND BEYOND! I travel for work and have always had a pleasant experience with this location. Last week I was dealing with pain, nausea, and lack of appetite and was lucky to get to Rise. Their products, their amazing prices, and their customer service: everything is above and beyond the rest. I felt better in no time and was able to eat something solid for the first time in days. Talked with Lil Joe very pleasant man he went way over his duty and has patience out of this world. I was having trouble with my card not working correctly so the couple that were next to me at the counter overheard us trying to figure out what to do so he asks what was going on and I was trying to tell him and before I could say much of anything he placed a 50.00 dollar bill down and said merry Christmas as he was walking out of the service area.
So not only a big kudos to Lil Joe but to the couple that helped me out.
