The staff at the Effingham Hibbett store are over the top friendly helpful outgoing wish I could remember the young lady who checked me out Friday or Saturday before Christmas Eve mid day and she deserves a huge pat on the back great customer service and support

Every few years I need a new outdoor basketball. I was in a time crunch but I received help quickly. I believe the employee's name that helped me was Ryan - he directed me to an affordable basketball with my preferences in mind (e.g. good grip). Extremely grateful for the efficient and useful service.

Excellent customer service didn't get the names if the gentleman that assisted but they were great especially the guy the worked the floor!!!... I'm pregnant and he did his best with assisting me in all plus sizes the store carry I will definitely be back
