Pilot Travel Center

Everybody working here was very friendly. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed. It was very clean inside and had a good selection of products. They have showers on the premises. They also have a McDonalds inside. It is also very clean and they have quick service.

Cierra went above and beyond to help me out when I stopped in to get something today. Always a pleasure to stop here. Great customer service and very professional.

So many products. Staff was courteous to my tired soul as always.... lbvs. Never a bad experience

Haley (I think) fixed the apple cider machine for me this morning. Thank you thank you thank you. She was very polite, apologized for the wait & even personally bought my large apple cider. She didn’t have to do that, but it certainly sets her above most other Pilot employees. Excellent customer service, friendly demeanor, and down to earth conversation like this is what more Pilot truck stops need. You have a keeper with her, I wouldn’t let her get away. Nice lil quick stop to eat something hot ...this one has a Wendy's .. You can use the restroom ...Shop for small things like snacks, drinks ect...good for Greyhounds bus travelers, also even if you driving. Oh yeah bathroom was clean. *****

It was just a quick in-and-out for me but the place was clean and had many things you could buy if you needed it on the road...

It was a very pleasant stop, the store was very clean,your employees were VERY courteous, and the restrooms were clean. On top of that, your coffee is excellent!! Keep up the good work, I know it isn't easy especially on Christmas. I'd give you 10 stars if I could!!!!

I’ve never written a review for a gas station or had it even cross my mind. This gas station made me want to write a review for them. As soon as you walked in the travel center, you were greeted by anyone who was near- from manager to cashier to beverage stalker- with a cheerful “good morning”! Everyone seemed genuinely happy and willing to help any customer with any question. It was a gas station unlike any I have been before and made me feel as if I was in a “Luxury” gas station. Top notch variety of products. Top notch people. Top notch travel station.

Best pilot i been too first let me say the staff was so polite even the manager was ringing. It was very clean and the McDonald's was just awesome fresh food within 7 minutes never ever did i get my food that fast and fresh at same time. You guys rock. Best mcdonalds hands down and i been to many many states.

So thankful for this place, I had the worst bubble gut ever. They "had" a very clean restroom, till I dropped a load. That poor toilet got painted 50 shades of brown. And sorry to any drivers in there at the time. Only complaint is the auto flush. I put down a commode cowboy hat, flipped around to do my business and it got flushed. I sure hope whoever sat there before me was clean. Other then that thanks again you saved my britches.

Very clean, very friendly service. I'll gladly stop in here again if I travel through. Delicious coffee, delicious grilled items. I was happy to shop around in this store they have a wide variety of trinkets and novelties.

And they are full staffed all night long at the McDonald's. Which is hard to find out on the road. They are quick efficient and always fully stocked. The pilot also has very clean restrooms and always has available showers for truckers. One of my favorite spots. They have certified scales and reasonably Priced DEF

Way better on the inside then out. The staff was really busy but yet they were extremely polite to every customer. The staff at McDonald's were exactly the same way. Dawn the mgr doesn't like to be called ma'am. LoL

This is a kinda small Pilot.. if it wasn't for truck drivers that park at the pump to order Mcdnls it would be fast and easy in and out, still not that bad. showers and bathrooms are clean and the staff really welcomes you with a smile while they value your time and help you asap... (at least night shift did)

The people there were great. I had one guy that would help me with the coffee I'm feeling bad that I forgot his name. But he is really awesome and he helped me with the creamer I had to get out of customer cuz I'm tired of going into these truck stops and having people leave their garbage and their creamers and stuff out as if we owe people to clean up after us. We don't owe people nothing just because they work their does not mean they are our mamas. Or are maids. Thanks for having a clean restroom. And thanks for having a clean facility. I love stopping at your guys's spot

Very clean showers. Have a towel and washcloth in shower room for you. Very hot water. Worth the $12! Cashiers are very welcoming and nice eventhough it was extremely busy. Keep up the good work.

Clean bathroom and showers available. Good food , great coffee, and lotto machine , as well as Western union services. The McDonald's is fast and food is hot and fresh
