I loved this Walmart!! Very Trucker friendly with assigned truck parking area and easy access to additional stores, restaurants, salons, phone carrier, even a hotel.
With truck drivers the essence to provide the essential we normally are not treated with the retail resources and parking. Thank you TO THIS Walmart you are very much appreciated! Store was clean, friendly, and well stocked. Even had ACTUAL humans at the checkout. I have definitely marked this location as one of the top Walmart in the Nation!!!

We stopped off briefly here for a birthday card and some iced tea. There was plenty of free parking available. This place is huge with a fantastic selection of food, drink and sundry items. We got served at the till by a young, talkative man who openly admitted that he is autistic. He did a grand job in serving us. Thank you. Oh, and the restrooms here are clean and functional.

I appreciate the fact the store have truck parking for we truckers. I had pleasant shopping experience. I will surely stop by again. Thank you.

Finally! Friendly truck parking. Take mm160 to Ford, Turn R, go to Light at Murphys into for truck parking access.
PLEASE DRIVERS! Pick up after yourself 10-4 drivers?? PLEASE do not leave trash on lot or we will loose another place we can shop OTR. They need to know we appreciate being able to come shop and get our basic needs.

People are very nice here. Has a wide variety of things and store is neatly stocked and clean.

Update: Used the pharmacy here on 02/11/24. Great experience! Offers dedicated truck parking (follow truck turn around signs after exiting highway), friendly and helpful staff, and a well stocked and clean store. Great Walmart!

Very nice building. easy to find what I'm looking for.

Excellent automobile department. Bought 2 trailer tires on our way through the area on a trip. Awesome personnel, polite and efficient. Got us back on the road after we stayed overnight (thank you much for that too) waiting for the morning opening for tires. Highly recommended as polite/efficient/careful workmanship was superb. THANKS AGAIN, highly recommended.

I enjoy Walmart, I can get all my health needs like gummie products, also my groceries. I have no complaints about the employee's attitude and appearance.

This is a really nice walmart. I love that they have a section for truck parking. Which allows us to go in a shop without having to worry about getting a ticket or getting towed.

I had tire issues after an accident. I went to effingham Walmart where they got me in right away. Tabitha got me in and A guy named Joey and Marty took charge immediately and got me back on the road. Effingham walmart tire center has some of the best workers. Prime example of team work. I was in and out in no time! Thank you!

Actually, it was the vision center we were just at. Very nice people work in the vision department. Kind, helpful, cheerful attitudes all around 😊 Glasses are at a fair price and prescription sun glasses are 35 percent off right now. Highly recommend Walmart vison center in Effingham Illinois......They do need to make Walmarts public restrooms bathroom stalls larger. I shouldn't have to stand on the toilet to close the door 🤣

I’m not a fan of shopping at Wal-Mart, I prefer helping out small business owners as much as possible.

I have to give credit to this Wal-Mart because the staff is helpful, and friendly. It’s clean and organized and items are easy to find once you figure out it’s layout. So if you’re not a huge fan of Wal-Mart and shopping there but find you need to I would highly recommend this location.
