Cayman Bay

I moved into cayman bay not know what to expect. I've rented from other places and they ended up being complete nightmares. But here that's not the case . I moved in and noticed small defects with the unit nothing major just small things here and there which are to be expected within rentals . I contacted the ladies in the office to get these things taken care of I expected to be put on that good Ole 10 week waiting list but to my surprise these absolutely amazing individuals had a maintenance man at my door within minutes ( by the way the maintenance man is a pretty cool guy aswell and had a very good attitude towards his job and me as a tenant) the response time that I've experience with the ladies in the office can be defined as flawless I'm serious I can't get that quick of a response out of throwing a book at my buddies head. And it really does make a difference when ever you walk into the office and see the beautiful smiles on these individuals faces knowing that any questions you may have will be answered . I can't thank yall enough for making settling into a new place this easy.

I leased a property from Cayman Bay leasing agent located at Bel Air and Cayman Bay communities. The management team has been bringing in new homes and repaved the streets and now starting to ad our parking pads for us to park on. The neighbors that live around me are very friendly and everyone watches out for one another here. We have not had any issues with anyone and or complaints here . I feel safe here and I feel that the lot rent is fair considering the lot sizes and the location, which is absolutely fantastic because the convenience of having everything around you is something that definitely helps us in our busy schedule. It’s all about location. I would recommend any to visit the management team a Cayman Bay or Bel Airr if you need a safe , quite , and clean place to either place your home in or to rent one of their homes.

These are the most awesome people in the world here hands down. Mary Ann and Frank will work with you and they treat you like family from the time you apply and after you move in! I have no complaints period! My house is affordable and beautiful! The process was fast and I was able to move in asap! It's such a blessing when you here them say welcome home even when you think your credit is super horrible and that you wont be approved!! I promise you trust the process and God they will not let you down!

Have been working with Cayman bay for a couple of years, had a few issues with the old manager, mostly with trying to get payment. Was very Happy to hear that cayman bay was under new management. Angel and Katidra are super great to work with.Submitting invoices to receive payment has never been easier. Very happy with the changes and will continue to do business.
