Great Staff!!! When you order and they tell ya 5:03 it’s ready at 5:03. The only issue is with the refill call in system. If you need to speak to a pharmacist, you may be on hold for over 20 minutes. The phone system needs some addressing. Overall GREAT!

Very quick to get my prescription. Very nice customer service .

Sometimes it takes longer than it should to fill a prescription

I've been getting my Rxs filled here for a year and had no problems until recently when they told me they no longer work with my doctor only after I called in a refill and was calling back to see if it was ready causing me to miss doses. However most staff are very friendly.

People were friendly, however I had 4 medications to fill,the most important being an antibiotic. Was told it would be 20 minutes. Came back only to be told they only had half of them ready and it would be another 20 minutes. Came back again to be told they were out of the antibiotic after an hour of waiting and it was quite late in they day to go another pharmacy.

Their medication sync program is a bust. It does not keep your medications up to date

My favorite things about this pharmacy are: there is always a huge wait, you can’t leave without encountering a pharmacy employee going out of their way to be rude or at minimum snarky to you or someone else, and nothing is ever their fault.

I have called 6 different times to check on a prescription and each time they have picked up and hung up. I know it was picked up because I could here talking in the background and then a click of the phone hanging up. I called the main store and they "can't transfer me, I just have to keep trying".

Spent 6 hours with my wife having surgery. Finally discharged, I took her home and went to Walmart to have the prescription filled. While it’s within the already ridiculous new cdc guidelines, they refused to fill her three day prescription for percaset because it’s not within their stricter guidelines, and suggested I call the surgeon to have it changed. This is after I waited 30 minutes for pickup and another 15 in the pickup line.

This is at the end of the day, with only one other pharmacy in town that accepts our insurance, and the surgeon being 30 miles away.

Long story short, my family will no longer be using Walmart pharmacy for anything. Better to go somewhere you can actually get your prescriptions filled.

NEVER answer the phone. I have tried calling for the past hour and they hang up on me every time after it rings for a while. All you have to say is please hold. Lazy workers if you ask me.

By far the worst pharmacy ever! Took them 2 days to fill a prescription for my 3 month old baby❗ Will not be using again! Cannot wait for rite aid to come to Ozark.
