It took all of 30 mins to get approved and get what I wanted!! Absolutely great services!!

Badcock Furniture - Ozark Alabama staff is wonderful. They have always been kind, attentive, patient, helpful and supportive. I live 25 miles south of this location, and I prefer to shop at this location for all of my furniture and miscellaneous needs.

Always love dealing with Stephanie. Everyone there is friendly and Caleb always tries to make it a point to say hello to all the customers and make sure they don't have any questions that he might be able to answer.

The store is huge compared to most so there are plenty of things to choose from. Caleb, the store manager, went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our old furniture. We purchased a set from Badcocks but it was faulty. Broke month after month. Caleb did everything in his power to right the wrongs and make sure we were satisfied. He was helpful, courteous and very professional. He called to check in and see how it was doing. Very happy with our overall experience with him and the store in Ozark. Definitely recommend them!

We had a left chair that broke at 3 in the morning. I called Badcock in Ozark the manager was very helpful worked with us. I had another chair by the end of the day. I will be back.
