Walmart Supercenter

I am from Europe and visited Alabama a few times.I enjoyed shopping in Walmart. People were friendly and helpful.

I'm pretty much here at least 3 days a week. Not to mention using the Grocery Pickup APP that is used once a week. I can do all my shopping from home and select a time that fits my schedule and it's done. You will get a notification of any items that may not be in stock with an item that is a compromise to the one you chose. If you don't want it you can dismiss the substitute and your billing is updated. I've been using the APP for over a year and it's been 100% correct every time. Plus you can build up a cart so you can make your next weekly grocery order much quicker.

Everything I needed was easy to find. The store wasn't crowded, it was clean, and the shelves were stocked for everything I needed. I chose to go through self check out, which there were plenty of open stations to do with no wait time.

I seem to go shopping at Walmart it seems like daily sometimes twice a day super Walmart and the Walmart in Ozark Alabama I think the store is very clean appropriate and the prices are affordable they rotate their items on the show so not to buy old products such as food or meat I had a bad experience one time Lord did I. But since then everything has been resolved and Walmart is my store Thank you Walmart . Ozark Alabama

Visited family at Fort Rucker and stopped in for some provisions and kid's gifts. Also grabbed some Alabama Crimson Tide gear that was on clearance for our Bama friends back in Atlanta. The store was clean, well stocked, and we found everything we needed quickly. You can always count on Wal-Mart!

I love my Wal-Mart. Everyone is so friendly (even wearing a mask you can tell they are smiling). I recently had a complicated issue and had to go to Customer Service to resolve. Everyone behind the counter cared about taking care of me. Even made a call to someone who was on their day off for advice. It all worked out and I appreciated that they didn't treat me like I was a problem.

Employees are constantly asking me if I need any help on finding a product. They can't be expected to know the details on tens of thousands of products and how they work particularly if they are not in their "home department and area of expertise", but if Walmart has it, they will find it and search the back storeroom, if there are none on the shelf. Friendly, courteous and helpful. They go out of their way, every day. Store is cleanest and most organized of any of the dozens that I have visited over the years..... by far. I am glad that this Walmart and its employees are in Ozark.

The Pharmacy department is always so caring and attentive. We had just left the Dr's office and she called in our meds and when we got there they were like 15 minutes. So we went and pick up some OJ and a few other things which makes it so convenient. Went back and everything was ready.
One of the things I love the most at Walmart is when I get to talk to a Cashier or associate. I never go through self check out. I want to talk to someone. Did you find everything ok? You survived crazy Christmas 😜 madness 😳 while ringing up my purchase up. Then thank you for shopping with us we look forward to seeing you soon. I laughed well my husband's up here at least 4 out of 7 days 🤣 so hope to see you then. Business have gotten so computerized that they forget Personal customer service. I get so dog gone made when I can't talk to a human for so long I have a computer voice say tell me in a few words what you call is about? Before I can say anything did you know you can go to our website for your convenience most questions and information can be handled there at bla bla bla. Then back to this is so and so how can we help you today in a few words tell us you can say bla bla bla or go to our website at bla bla bla. By the time I get to talk to a person I'm so frustrated that they have to deal with it. They maybe saving money because there not paying a employee but you can't build repore with a computer. They are leaving out the personal interactions. So thank you for your personal service it means more than you know.
