Everyone is always extremely polite. All of the employees are very knowledgeable about their products as well. John and Tatum are super duper great! So are all of the other employees. The prices are very reasonable, too. 10/10 recommend.

SMOKES R US has offered me nothing but premier service! Chelsea is amazing at ensuring that each customer gets their needs fulfilled and they all get their own unique tastes met. She has helped me on numerous occasions find things I needed and it’s been a game changer! Customer service was 10/10, not sure her name but the girl with snake bite piercings and purple hair, she was sweet and kind, very professional, helped me choose a new brand of vape, as well as a few other goodies.
Would definitely recommend this store to my friends.

John, Gabe and Chelsea are the absolute best. You walk in and they are just ready to help you with anything and extremely friendly. The store has the best vibe to walk into especially when they are there. Always gonna leave with what you want, or didn’t know what you wanted and always with a smile and a laugh.

Just moved to the area from the west coast. Definitely weird coming from a completely legal state to here. But the staff were very helpful and gave me plenty of recommendations on what products I should try. They also had a large assortment of glass pieces and nicotine devices. Happy to find a reliable smoke shop with quality goods.

Came in to check out what wax they had and Chelsea and John were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products and what was good to use. I will definitely be back! Thanks again guys you were both awesome!

this place is my favorite place to go. i really enjoy going. they have many lovely things and great ejuice. John is a really a big help and a wonderful manager. He is always there to help and listen. I do truly enjoy going every month. I even got this beautiful Cheshire tray and there inscents are great. great choices to pick from. its pretty kool if you ask me. I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t been there. rather you vape or do the hookah. there selection are great. but if you go just ask for John. he’s always there to help :)
