AT&T Store

The new store manager Kelsey is so sweet! If y'all need anything go to her! I'm a new momma and my phone screen shattered and I'm going to a conference for my job this week so I need my phone to keep in touch with baby sitters and GPS. Not only did she listen to me and help calm me down but she also rushed the repair so I could get my phone back in time for me to leave! Love her!!

Would say this is the best store I have ever gone to when I travel up there. The manager there, Kelsey, helped me alot with my phone. Would highly recommend her and her store if you ever need support.

Shawn and his co worker did a phenomenal job! They were so kind and helpful! Solved my phone issue and upgraded my phone! Went above and beyond by installing my screen protector and my case and even my pop socket! Big thank you to the amazing team that's servicing ozark!

What can I say, this is the best store I have ever dealt with. I live in Banks and the store in Troy would never answer their phone. I called the Ozark store and spoke to Tanya and she helped me so much. Got us all situated with a great bundle and all the pricing was shifted over. The install was just amazing. Our tech braved the elements and was just great to talk too. Our Direct TV is amazing and it is all because of Tanya and we our so happy.

Jacob was great, I needed some help with syncing my Apple Watch to my iPhone and Jacob jumped right in. He was very patient with me as I asked my silly questions. He was amazing and I hope he is there next time I need help.

So much BETTER than anything Verizon offers!

I want to take the time to let everyone know that I would not go to any other AT&T location if my life depended on it. Every time I go to the Ozark store the reps there are able to help me resolve any problems or answer any questions I may have. Every associate that works there is knowledgeable and friendly, they go above and beyond to make me feel like family even. I sure do appreciate them.

I wish to tell you what a fantastic employee you have in Jason. My husband was locked out of his phone for an unknown reason causing us to have to make 3trips to this store and coordinating with Apple. Jason was on top of everything we needed. He never acted as if any of it was a bother and was extremely knowledgeable in what needed to be done. Thanks Jason!

I have been in and out of this retail location off and on now for several months. The New Manager is phenominal. She goes out of her way to answer everyone's questions. I was quite pleasantly surprised to find a retail sales location where the staff were more concerned about saving me and my family money and meeting our needs all at the same time. Most locations simply just sell you something and forget your name. The staff at this location not only remember my name, but remember my needs and always keep me up to date with current promotions. In fact this store actually called me back just to let me know a rate plan changed and saved me even more money on my monthly bill. I have cut my Verizon bill almost in half thanks to the sales associates at this location. I would not recommend any other place to meet my or my families wireless needs.. I hope you find this review helpful, I tried to be honest.

Jason was really helpful. Always knows how to fix any issue I have. Always lets me know how I can save. I highly recommend this place! Go see Jason for all your phone needs.

Devante was really helpful when I came in to the store today he helped me convert from a flip phone to a Samsung smart phone and helped me set up my direct tv streaming so I could watch it on the phone. And I really appreciate his help getting me situated with my new products. (:
