FFL transfers are a breeze with a clean record, no hassles. Never had an issue with any items bought and always get a fair look at things I bring by.
The staff are friendly and professional there and willing to help out whenever I go in the shop. Tyler is handsome. Quality store with a great atmosphere. Always enjoy stopping by to browse the inventory.

This is one of the best businesses in Ozark. Every time I go in to shop they are nice and very helpful. They have great deals on musical instruments and guns. They’ve helped me many times with things that I needed Personally, and for our church.

I've been doing business with Pocket Pawn for a few years now, and I'm delighted every time I go in there. All of the people are always friendly and fast to help. They have great prices on tools, electronics, games and all kinds of stuff.

Right now you can stuff a bag full of DVDs for only $20! I've bought mainly electronics from them and everything works just fine. One time I did have to take one item back, and they very happily gave me all my money back. I've even pawned my iPad Pro with them yesterday so I would have some spending money for Christmas. They gave me a fair amount, and I was happy.

I also use their lay-a-way too. I live on a fixed income, and can't always afford big ticket items, but they have a very reasonable lay-a-way plan. I've got a JBL Pulse 5 speaker, a cellular iPad mini 5 and a pair of AirPod Pros all on lay-a-way from them. I might have bought more, but I can't remember everything. Pocket Pawn is probably the best pawn shop in the area.

They have the most consistent inventory and at the lowest prices that I've seen. Their people also make the difference too. As I said earlier, everyone is very friendly and eager to help. That's why I go out of my way to go there. It's worth the drive to Ozark to go see the fine people at Pocket Pawn.

I have purchased several guns from these guys and they have always taken their time helping me set up my layaway. The prices are the best in the tri-state area and with the options for down payment and a 10 month payoff period I was able to buy what I wanted without the worry of getting it payed off on time. But they have so many other things in their store, including tools, jewelry, video games, power equipment and so much more. No matter what you are looking for, do yourself a favor and stop by Pocket Pawn and look there first and remember that you will have as much as 10 months to get it paid off. I have spent about $2000 in the past six or seven months and have always gotten top quality and service. So stop in and find out for yourself, you are going to love the bargains and the payoff options.
And if you don't see a firearm there, just ask and they special order what you are looking for.

Went into Pocket Pawn the other day to look for a tv. This young man named Kevin was very helpful and more than willing to talk me through finding the right tv for me! He found me the perfect 50" LED Smart tv to play XBOX on! Knowing it's a second-hand store, he even said that I could return it for up to 3 business days if it didn't work properly! Would give 6 stars if I could!!!

Wonderful and knowledgeable customer service. We were looking for a PlayStation 5. We had several question, Zac, was there to answer without hesitation.

Love this place, come to get all the beds deals and neat items. You never know what you will find. The staff is amazing as is Amanda, very goal oriented and level headed, great customer service skills.
Caleb is good, very knowledgeable of firearms, Adam is a wiz with electronics as well, very awesome staff all around.

I love going into Pocket Pawn and seeing all the new things they are selling. Once a week they even send out a Pull list to my email detailing all the new items coming up to purchase. Tyler and his staff are wonderful. The store is always clean. If I have questions about anything i'm interested in purchasing Tyler and his staff have no problems answering them the best of their knowledge.

Seth should be your go-to guy at Pocket Pawn! He’s so kind and sweet, easy on the eyes too. Extremely helpful with everything, especially guns! He knows everything! Great customer service! I’ll definitely be coming to back to talk to him. I know he’ll help me with whatever I’m looking for.

Great place with great prices. I've bought lots of stuff from them and always had a good experience. Staff is friendly and willing to help you out however they can. They're layaway plan is pretty great too if you don't have the cash up front.

Went in to sell some old smart phones I had laying around. Staff was great and prompt to assist me the moment I walked through the door. Walked around and checked out thier extensive inventory while they checked my items. Once they checked out my items I was given my paperwork to sign with cash in hand within minutes. 10/10 would and will shop again.

I got the best service experience from an employee named Jacob. I went in there looking for a gift for my mom and came out with more than I thought I'd buy because he was such a help. I will be going back here and sending all my friends and family that way.
