GooGoo Car Wash

Two days ago, my visit for washing a car and cleaning inside of car, your window cleaning solution damaged on surface of interior…. I had never ever problem to using that window cleaning solution to my interior parts before. I filed claim and need your response . Window cleaning spray must not dilute enough since it damaged interior surface or mixed other chemicals to causing it. Let me hear what causes this. Thanks!

I’ve been coming to this Goo Goo franchise for 4 years biweekly, or at least monthly. They do such a good job! Mayo in particular was awesome. I was having some issues after a cross-country trip with bugs on the windshield… took 2 runs but we got it done. He even ran into the office to get me some air fresheners! Btw - the membership is totally worth it. Basically pays for itself. Sure don’t mind skipping 5 cars in the other lane either. Y’all - our cars are like our second home. This is the place to go where it will be treated as such!

This location is the best!! The staff is so kind and helpful. It's always clean and fast service. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to make sure you have a good experience like the microfiber towels and mints, etc. Love the unlimited wash especially with pollen season. Jacob made sure I had everything I needed as well which was nice :) all the staff so far has been awesome

I was so impressed with !!! KG and Sean the car I was driving looked molded. I asked if I could go through twice. KG and Sean grabbed the brushes and scrubbed quickly to clean the car. When I left the car looked good. I felt very good about my experience. Linda

The unlimited car wash pass is a MUST! Mayo was super helpful signing me up, very professional!

Vacuums work well, and there are spray bottles and paper towels to clean the interior or touch up the exterior. The employees are friendly and helpful!! I locked my keys and phone in my car, and the manager made the calls so I could get the car open.

I love GooGoo ❤ car wash across from Sam's Club exit 57 Auburn, Alabama. Last year I bought the monthly wash so i can wash my van anytime. All the employees here are nice and helpful! Thanks to Jonathan for telling me about this awesome offer!

It had been a month and I live on a farm. My car was filthy. Katiana took extra time scrubbing. She’s so nice too.

First, there was a very professional young man at the entrance to process my request for the car wash, then a young lady came up to me while I’m cleaning the inside and asks if everything was to my liking. I find out she is the general manager, Katia. Just when I thought everyone had Covid brain and is forgetting all their manners, I get this pleasant surprise. #hopeforthefuture
