Best Truck Buying Experience Ever

With low mileage on my current truck, I decided to look around for a replacement. After several weeks of YouTube comparison videos, I decided to look at Nissan’s Frontier Pro. I set a weekend appointment with David Dickinson to drive and evaluate my truck for trade-in. Before my visit, I sent several texts to David with questions that were quickly answered. He spent time discussing my wants and did a great job meeting all my requirements. Great value in my trade-in, a payment with Nissan Assurance I could live with, and a better interest rate than I had from another bank. The Frontier Pro drives great has many safety features, and looks great too. Thanks to Pamela Wilson, the Finance Manager, for making the visit even better. I’m looking forward to a long business relationship with Lynch Nissan. I highly recommend!

In the last two months, we have shopped extensively for a suitable vehicle across several makes/models and car dealerships in a 100 mile radius. Lynch Nissan came out a clear winner. David Dickinson was by far superior salesperson over dozens we have met. He never made us feel like a number, paycheck or a nuisance/bother. He was patient, professional, laid back and available to answer questions and for multiple test drives as we were making a decision on a vehicle. He followed up, yet we never felt pressured or talked into a purchase. In the end, it came down to two identical vehicles from different dealerships with pretty much the same price. David was the reason that we purchased from Lynch Nissan. Once decision was made, the paperwork and final stage was a breeze and we were in and out of the dealership with our new vehicle in a flash. After purchase, he also ordered some all weather mats for my car and even installed them when I returned to pick them up, which I didn't expect. Furthermore, he spent a good bit of time with me trying to figure out how to properly put the vehicle in Neutral, so I can take it through a car wash without trouble. Overall, it was an A+ experience and I'm loving my new car.

As always, they took very good care of servicing my wife's car. They always take very good care of my family's cars! They are also very friendly, courteous and thorough of explaining what work was done and what work needs to be done later. My family and I are very happy and satisfied with all of Lynch Nissan - both their sales department and their service department! We will definitely continue to buy cars from and have them serviced at Lynch Nissan!

Our entire experience was very good. We visited several dealers and dealt with several different sales reps. Most were good and I have no complaints, but our salesman at Lynch Nissan was the best by far. David Dickinson was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He did a really good job of answering our questions and giving additional information without being “pushy”. He was comfortable to talk to. We didn’t feel like customers. We felt like people he might have just met and he was being respectful and friendly. The Pathfinder is a great car and we love it, but I would have walked away had I felt the least bit talked down to or pressured. I would rate David a 10 on a scale of 1-10.

Sales person, Bill, was outstanding . He explained & demonstrated all of the features of our new Rogue. Also made everything about the purchase absolutely clear. Pam guided us through the paperwork and explained everything. We have reccomended Lynch Nissan to a friend that is thinking about buying a new car.

The best overall auto dealership we’ve ever done business with. Our sales rep, David Dickinson, was completely transparent about everything and worked with us to meet our goals and budget. He doesn’t “play games” like one might one might expect of an auto representative. Everyone there created a low stress atmosphere and pleasant buying experience. (Other staff members we dealt with ,and a few we didn’t deal with, also created a pleasant atmosphere. If you’re an Alabama fan you can expect to hear about it :). We’re extremely happy with our purchase and the deal we got. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Outstanding customer service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They heard about my horrible experience at LaGrange Nissan and jumped in and changed my mind about Nissan. I had concrete cover my car from a concrete yard next to our parking lot. Lynch changed filters inside and out, stating that they were full of concrete dust, and oil change etc as well as a full 100 pt + check over the car. I mentioned that some other garage said I needed new control arms. I asked them to look at it and give me an estimate. The guy said my control arms were fine. They could have taken advantage of me considering I already expected to get new control arms, but they didn't. They told me the truth and saved me almost $1000. I'll never use anyone else on my Nissan. Great job.

My purchase of new Nissan Frontier was wonderful experience. John DeAngelo and Kevin McCarty were both absolutely amazing. They worked the numbers out for me. They were very responsive. Kevin is very nice, personal, and ethical. Kevin was so kind to even pick me up(I live 45 minutes from the dealership) and take me to the dealership to make my purchase. He went over the whole vehicle with me and introduced me to all the staff at the dealership. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.
