I wanted to start off by saying that this will be my first ever review on Google. I had to write this review because of my great experience with PC Laptop Murray. I have been a customer to PC laptop for at least 5 years and went to three of their stores. 2 of them, I had horrible experiences with long build times, and the employees treating you like you do not know anything about PCs. Not with PC Laptop Murray, they treat me with respect and I can have a conversation with them about the technical aspect of PCs. (I have built many PCs for my friends so I have the knowledge and the experience of how a computer works) Later in my years, I have grown tired of putting it all together and so now I just come to PC Laptops and they will handle it all for me! If you are planning to pick up your next PC or need any help with it, come to PC Laptop Murray! Also, Baron and Torin are the best representatives and you should probably seek them out while going here. They will take care of you properly.

I had a great experience with this business. They solved my issue on the spot in less than 15 minutes. Torin and his staff were very professional. As they were fixing my computer I observed their interactions with their other customers. I was impressed with their eagerness to understand their client’s computer issues and get them resolved. I have brought my computers from my businesses to many stores similar to these and none of them have impressed me the way PC laptops did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This machine he built is like nothing I've owned before. Fast is too slow to describe how responsive this computer is. I used to dread windows updates and internet page loading on my old PC. I felt I was back in the early 90s and I could go have a snack before the PC was ready to do anything. Also, Spyware and viruses were constantly being battled. (Thus my familiarity with scans and reboots)

This new PC I actually started with an anxious look, as I didn't see the virus and Spyware being removed, it was just happening in the background and so fast my eyes were catching the fading screen of victory and safety reassuring. I've taken more time to notice, and even catch what Anti-spyware pro has been doing.
I have secure full PC backup ability, the PC even keeps up with the Google fiber without a problem!
Yesterday, while talking with the company help desk, even that tech said, "Wow, it's so nice to see that some of our employees have a PC Equal to the push-load of the servers!" (The compliance check of my system took less than minute, user compression being the bottleneck)
And gaming?! I have to fight off the children so I can use my own PC. Yes, I still give in, a lot, yet get to further witness the computer being more than equal to the many tasks of my teen at online play. All with jaw dropped visual quality, and seamless speed, flow, controls, and winning! (Poor other-end-user PCs, many don't keep up)

Yes, i thought it was a bit steep in price, yet compared to my other, slower only OK Graphics PC. I was replacing the older PCs every 1 to 3 years @100-350.00+)
With my yearly, scheduled checkups, I can see this PC lasting 10 years if not beyond. The price comes out to agreeable and doable, without as much stress. (We were admiring the 14 year old PC that Baron and his team have kept running, and running well. It looked like a mash up of my last 2-4 computers, but without the problems, and with a clean appearance.)

Think you could use a new PC? Are you sick of OK computers that are slow, die too often, and full of frustration?
You could think investing in PC LAPTOPS PC, and move forward.
Just a thought.

(PS, they can make you a super fancy looking computer, too, if that's your thing)

Torin and Bridger were fantastic in helping me with my monitor issue. They tested my monitor and got right to the problem. The Murray store has always been so professional and courteous. I am not the most savvy computer operator in the world, so it is nice to walk into a store and have understanding and patience with my computer knowledge shortcomings.

I wanted to get back into PC gaming with my previous laptop out of the box from a major retailer several years ago. Now as an older gamer, I wanted 2 major things: a fast laptop and support with the personal touch. I am very glad to say that I have received both with PC Laptops. Joshua understood very quickly what I was looking for and found a configuration that allowed me to stay at a price I was comfortable with while having max performance. The next thing I appreciated was the laptop was handed to me well configured and ready to use, there was no bloatware and I only had adjust a few preferences before gaming (Out of the box laptops are jammed pack with needless apps). I have extensively used my laptop for almost a month now running games at high-ultra settings at triple digit FPS. To top this off, I have also been able to speak with Joshua about new graphical settings I was unfamiliar with as well as him ensuring that the device is running as expected. I am very happy with the performance of my SMT-7 and am reassured with the support of PC Laptops.

Coleman H. helped me at the Murray store this morning; he is wicked smart, patient, professional, knows computers inside and out, explains everything clearly--a huge plus to help an older computer user understand what are at first complex issues. Coleman is simply the best!

I took my laptop to PC Laptops in Murray because I lost my Wi Fi when we installed a new router. Torin Johnson was the employee who helped me get it back. He and others at the store were very professional and courteous in fixing the problem immediately and without charge. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!

10 stars! Laptop got corrupted. The staff helped diagnose the problems right away and gave me clear explanation along the way. SUPER knowledgeable staff here!! Prices for service are reasonable and transparent.

Bought a PC from this location 6 months ago and it has worked flawlessly! Perfect build quality, super clean, aesthetically pleasing, worth the price, and honestly a dream PC for me. Also my mother recently called this location due to fear of getting scammed on her computer by someone and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to help her. Coleman was the person who helped her I believe but he was very helpful, accommodating, respectful, and made everything perfectly clear for her. I will definitely recommend this place and you have gained a loyal customer!

These guys are life savers man! I came in with a messed up flash drive and found out the os was corrupted and they got me out of there with a solution in a matter of minutes!

They're really cool people to talk to, they know their stuff and they're QUICK with it.

I took my laptop in because it had quit working. Couldn't even turn it on. The tech who helped me, Baron de Carvalho, was awesome. He fixed everything and had me on my way in about 40 minutes.

My first visit to PC laptops. Coleman was very helpful and patient with me and helped me understand what was going on and what the options are for correcting it on my computer. I offered to pay for their time today, but they said No, maybe next time if you need more done.

I was having difficulty renewing my Webroot and Anti-Spyware online so I called the Murray PC Laptops store. Coleman answered and successfully guided me through the steps. He was very patient with me and knowledgeable about the screens I would see going through the steps. I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

After posting my initial review I noticed that it showed only 4 1/2 stars. This was a 5 STAR service.

I live in the St. George area, but was very interested in purchasing a new laptop from PC Laptops because they could build what would fit my needs. Christian helped us and was SO terrific to work with. The first thing he asked was how I used my computer, which narrowed everything down to something just for me. He answered any and all questions we had thoroughly - and most importantly - in language a grandma like me could understand. Each time we entered the store (Murray location) anyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. And so far the computer works great!

I am not a computer person. But I had an issue with a computer that I use for an association that I am a member of. The team member at the Murray store did a scan for me and told the issues. I was also in the need of a new personal computer and Baron helped with my questions. I left with a new laptop ordered and free financing for a year. Simple and easy for this old guy, Very friendly and helpful service. Glad they are on my team when I may need help.

The folks at PC Laptops built my pc about 2 years ago and did a fantastic job. They have been very supportive and helpful with any questions I have had over the years..I needed a new stick of RAM installed earlier this year and not only did they install it there on the spot but they didn't charge me a dime for install.
They take great care of their customers and they are always happy to help.

Very happy with the service at PC Laptops! I paid a bit more for my PC a few years ago because they said they'd build it like I wanted it - AND THEY DID!
They also said they'd service it for free - AND THEY DO!
I will definitely go here for my next computer(s), too!

When I need a new laptop or desktop, I call Alex, tell him want I need it to do and he builds it. Always fast and top notch service and products. I will never purchase from a box store again. PC Laptops are the best of the best. Actually the are the only one, and that makes them the best!

Coleman has always been so helpful to me. He answers my questions in a way that I can understand, Coleman has always been very patient. I would recommend Coleman and PC Laptops to anyone
