Chili's Grill & Bar

My Sister and I had dinner for Valentines because our Men weren't avaliable. They told us a 30-40 min wait. They set us up with a app, and we went back out to wait in the comfort of our car. It only took about 15 min.
The food was delicious.

Passing through and needed dinner. We had plenty to choose from, but decided to stop here. Best meal I have had at a Chili's ever. Chicken was so tender. The staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely stop again when come through town.

BBQ Brisket Burger is amazing!! Holy meats, Batman. Brisket and Burger and coleslaw and BBQ and thick cut pickle slices... I couldn't finish it all but that's typical. As typical as Effingham Chili's great service! 😅 Hey bartender dude, I actually said "not that!" when you said the margarita of the month is the Halloween one with the plastic vampire teeth. You misheard but I chose to enjoy it before ordering the Deep Eddy lemonade I really wanted. Happy accident. Cheers!

Steak was cooked perfect for all orders. Food was good and service was superb. UPDATE: Another successful trip with photos.

I came in here for a quick lunch on a business trip. The service was fabulous and the food was great. I got the lunch special with the side salad and tacos. Food came out really quickly and was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a vetted experience.

Happy Veterans Day to my brothers and sisters in arms! Had a great VD meal at Chili's. Our waitress was awesome. Brought more drinks before we even asked. Then asked if we wanted a couple of roadies. Burgers were solid.

Our church ladies group has stopped here for the past two years on our way through to Ladies Conference. Both times we received excellent service! Very friendly and accommodating for our larger group. Friendly staff and good food. Thank you, Effingham Chili's!

The potato soup was so good, I was sorry I didn't have a second bowl. Our waitress was efficient, attentive and very sweet.

Ate here on a Saturday around 1 pm. They were busy but we still received very good service and excellent food. The strawberry lemonade here is delicious!

This Chili's is great. I have never had bad service here no matter the size of the party. Food is great. Prices are reasonable for a fast casual restaurant.

The review above was from about 3 months ago now almost every time I come in I'm totally ignored by staff. The gentleman will acknowledge me & let me know the status of my order, unfortunately more often than not the rest walk on by.

Our waitress was great. We had a good time talking with our waitress over dinner. The food was delicious. Great place for dinner.

Was there a couple weeks ago on a trip. Got there when it opened. Food was delicious, our server/bartender Jessica was very nice and attentive. We really had a good time and would definitely go back.

Food was good and served quickly. It was right after Christmas and it was very busy. Had plenty of help and no problems at all.

Stopped by Chlili’s for dinner after a day of funeral planning. Darren was our waiter and feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t get him! He was hospitality perfection. I think he would have slipped me trade secrets (and may have tried just to get a smile!!) The guy was attentive but didn’t hover. Went the extra extra - did I say extra mile. Fellow staff support was impressive! A true team! Sincere smiles all around. Service like this is only possible with great management! We left full of food and smiles. Thank you!

Excellent and fast service. Burgers were absolutely delicious and so were the fries.

We love the 2 for $25 and this location did not disappoint! Holly was a FABULOUS server and we enjoyed our time there.
