I came with Pumpkin Spice in mind and left very pleased! When I pulled up to the store, there was a long line backed out onto the main road, making me think I would have a long wait. Happily, that wasn’t the case, as the line moved very quickly. I did see that some people had parked across the street and walked over to go inside to order, which is always an option here when the line is long. But my wait in the drive-thru was actually very short. The person that waited on me at the window was very pleasant and friendly, and my Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Muffin were delivered to me quickly. This Starbucks has always been very clean and efficient whenever we’ve been here. Glad Pumpkin Spice season is here, and we’ll be back here soon!

The unsung heroes of I-57. Don't stop if you are in a hurry or its 1 hour before closing, a lot of other drivers had the same idea as us and there is a line, particularly if you have a complex drink or pourover.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the customer service being excellent at this location despite the wait!

These ladies were efficient and very nice. They made my order to perfection and even gave my lily a pup cup! I totally enjoyed my experience in their drive-thru today! I would totally recommend!

Amazing staff! I went in to sit and work today (Sunday) and it was wildly busy both inside and in the drive-thru. The staff worked so hard the entire time, really hustled and supported each other, while remaining very kind and friendly. Just an excellent job on a super busy day!!!

Really loved this location! We ordered on the app and came in after 9pm and everything was ready exactly the way we ordered. The barista was incredibly friendly although it was late and they were getting ready to close and even helped me with more than I had ordered!

Staff was awesome. Only complaint I have this throughout Starbucks. If somehow I could get my order like the drive thru. I always get my pastry first then 10 minutes later my caramel macchiato shows up. By that time 5 cars passed through the drive thru. May be one day Starbucks will have a system in place.

I had a tire blow out on my way home (Indpls, IN) on a Sunday evening. I had to stay over in Effingham. My hotel's internet was out and I needed to get some work done while I waited for a tire-service to arrive to fix my car and get me on my way. The staff here is super-friendly and very understanding. I ordered breakfast and then later had a pumpkin-spice latte. All good. Internet service was my life-line for work and communicating with the tire service. I always made jokes about Starbucks being on every corner, but I am *very* glad it literally was in this case so I could work in a comfortable atmosphere. Also the eclectic music was pretty nice.

Absolutely amazing! We stopped here the day after Christmas and they were absolutely packed with a drive thru like out to the road. We ordered ahead and had to (reasonably) wait a few minutes for our order to be prepared. Despite the overwhelming rush, they were staying on top of orders, putting them out quickly and accurately, maintaining a friendly attitude, working very well as a team, all while training a new team member. This Starbucks should be the golden standard for customer service under pressure!

Came in for a Illinois cup, as part of.my road trip. As usual, the best brownies ever!!

Nice stop to grab a caffinated drink and catch up on office work while traveling.

The drinks are amazing and so is the staff. They are all so sweet!

My drink was made exactly how I ordered it and in a quick manner. There was 3 of us. They had a little stand with paint pens and rocks. You could paint a rock to go along the drive thru, I barely started painting my design and all 3 drinks were done

I went here on Black Friday and even though it was crazy busy, my barista was so awesome holding everything down, keeping the crowd calm, and the line moving. Savannah H. Is a rock star! :) Everybody at Effingham Starbucks works so hard and hustles—I know they’re top notch baristas.

Friendly staff and very efficient service. I came here during morning rush (8 am) and there were quite a few cars in the drive-thru, however the service was quick and I was out of there with my drink in no time.

This coffee was good left something to be desired. I got a new drink Creme brulee and it literally tasted like a coffee with creamer nothing special. Now my friend she got a peppermint coffee and that was delicious. Only complaint is the line to get in to the place.

Great experience at this Starbucks, walked in and the barista was very friendly immediately started conversation and great coffee! ☕

Super friendly staff. Very clean and smells great inside. We love going here and do every Saturday and Sunday morning to get the day started. Drive-thru line is almost always packed, but it seems to go pretty fast due to the great service and hard working baristas.

My drink was rocket fuel. Venti Americano,2 extra shots, Caramel drizzle with a little steamed breve.

Just what I needed to drive 7/14 hour trip.
