We have been ordering items from keeperstop for my goalkeeper son for 6 years, and the service is always amazing. Shipping is really fast, and exchanges when sizes were wrong or there was any kind of problem were easy. Excellent customer service!

Great service, quick turnaround/processing. I didn't believe it until I got the email notification that my order was shipped. They even have someone answering the phones - not something you see very often with businesses these days. I got to speak with Paul and received excellent guidance on turf related products. This will be my go to place for purchases, plus their prices are very competitive.

Fantastic experience with KeeperStop! Great equipment, amazing service. We had a package lost (by UPS, no fault of KeeperStop). I called the number on the KeeperStop website. Someone answered straightaway, and sent a replacement immediately. This was a Friday afternoon - I had the package Saturday.

If you are looking to purchase ANYTHING for a keeper. I would 100% check out keeper stop. Not only do they carry the best of anything a keeper could need, their customer service is by far the best around. They truly take the time to care and figure out exactly what your son or daughter needs. Hands down, finding this place was like hitting the lotto! Great support. I called in with a few questions and they advised me with great confidence. My choice for goalkeeper gloves.

My husband ordered a goalie shirt for my son for his birthday and when we received it, it was clearly smaller than the attached label. We called and spoke to Christian who was very rude and combative and said to call the manufacturer. We did that, they said to go back to the retailer. Called back and tried to speak to the manager, and he said he was the owner and to speak to him instead. He was nasty, and hung up on us 2 times. We refused to pay for the delivery return because that wasn’t noted on the site. He called my husband a thief because we said we would refuse to pay for delivery again. Since it took the credit card company over 30 days to resolve, he will not take the item back since it’s past the date. So we are stuck with a shirt that looks like Lycra on my son. Ordered another one for a lesser price and it fits awesome! I will gladly eat $65.00 and post how horrible he is and to never do business with this immature owner that runs a poor business from his house! Zero stars if I could!!! Shame on you!
