Great selection of olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and other spices. I have always been pleased with the quality and freshness of the products. If you're in the area for lunch, stop in for an Italian panini. You won't be disappointed!

This is an amazing store with an eclectic product: olive oil, vinegars, seasonings and flavorings. I won't even pretend that I understand the science behind it all, but I can tell you the folks who run it can. Name your meal or food-- veggies or meat--and they will find the right product to take it the next level. You can even sample the wares-- try it before you buy it.

Amazing selection! Had no idea there were so many awesome flavors. Also had some of the cinnamon syrup which was great.

The owner Lance is an expert in the use of oils and other ingredients to make your meals incredibly healthy & delicious. Excellent customer service and they even have a great place to grab lunch or an early dinner. Their products are excellent and Lance's knowledge of everything Mediterranean is impressive. Highly recommend shopping here.

If you're creative in the kitchen, you simply must check this place out! I gave all my friends a couple sample sized spice packs for the holidays and they loved them. So much to choose from! The truffle sea salt is so good on grilled cheese or brussel sprouts!

So glad to have discovered this gem! Went in here last week and owner Lance and staff were very helpful & knowledgeable -- a TON of selection for oils, balsamic and more. Only complaint is I didn't buy more lol. This is a good spot for yourself and GREAT for gifts too. Will definitely be back!

I order from their online store since I live states away, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. All of their products taste amazing, ship in very protective packaging, and show up very quick. 10/10 I would recommend The Olive Tap to anyone looking to spice up their life, or live a heart healthy lifestyle.

The staff are very helpful. Their oils and vinegar taste so much better than anything you'll find in a grocery store. I say this while drinking my glass of water with a drop of Mango White Balsamic Vinegar in it. You can flavor your own water like this, and save money by not buying expensive cans of flavored water.

Wow! If you’ve never tried specialty balsamic vinegar and specialty oils you are missing out!

Excellent customer service with lots of information. We were able to sample everything. The oils and vinegars are excellent quality for a great price. Ordering is also available online.

I've yet to actually come into the store (I've been meaning to for so long!) but I'm obsessed with all of the rubs we've gotten from here. So so so good! Can't wait to stop in hopefully soon!

Stopped to check out the oils and seasoning and stayed for lunch and it was amazing, the food was fresh and delicious, the staff was supper friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be back. A hidden gem in Ankeny

Excellent olive oils and quite remarkable cranberry walnut balsamic vinegar they have many other varieties of balsamic vinegars plus the staff was extremely helpful great place give it a try 🙂

They moved to a new, "unknown" development by Fongs and fitness world. Just north of DMACC. Great little district, still filling up.
