Flooring First

I had a great experience at Flooring First . Everyone was very helpful from the showroom to the installers ! I purchased some Premium Vinyl Flooring , which came in about 2 weeks . Cheri walked me thru the process , and we set a date for the installers . I made a few changes to my installation to which Cheri helped me along the way . The installers were right on time and very professional and friendly . I have another project I’m thinking of next year and I’ll be going back to them based off of my experience ! Thank you so much

I am very happy with my new flooring. My installer was very meticulous and worked solo as well. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We are a family of 6 with one bathroom that is centrally located and also a part of the new floor plan. He was able to get the tile done with only a small window of time that we could not use the bathroom. He was very respectful and personable. The floors are gorgeous and he definitely took pride in his work. Highly recommend.

Working with Jason and Cherie for the initial process was wonderful! It left me with the utmost confidence in their work. The crew that worked on our floors were very patient and walked me thru some of the steps I wasn’t familiar with when interlacing my old hardwood floors with the new hardwood. Then again, when we were choosing the stain color for the final process the work crew were very patient even when I changed the color right as they started to lay the stain down. They were and definitely are detail oriented, and knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish. I would highly recommend First Flooring!

From the front of the office to the back. Everyone treated me as family. Very patient and extremely attentive. I picked my flooring out with the help of Cheri. She was well versed in flooring and knew exactly what would make me happy. I did not hesitate to take her advise after hearing her talk to several customers. Now when I tell you my flooring came out just as she desribed it. AND YES, I LOVE IT. I never knew that my house was so large was my thought that when installed my their incredible team. I can go on and on about Flooring First. But Jason and his team. Will not only make you feel like you're special but they will let you know that Flooring is First from the being to the end in their book. I will definitely recommend this place today, tomorrow and from years to come.

The experience of choosing the product and defining the scope could not have been easier. Jen and Wally were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. There are so many options to pick from but with their guidance and expertise we didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. Time from ordering to install was perfect. I was very concerned about our home being upside down while this was happening but the crew was professional, efficient and did everything in three days time. Attention to detail was amazing! They were clean and careful with moving all of our furniture. We could not be any happier with our experience and will definitely be returning customers!

Excellent service and company to work with from customer service, sales, delivery to installation. Purchased engineered hardwood and they did an exceptional job to match base shoe to existing 70 year old baseboard. Highly recommend Flooring First for your flooring needs!

We had our carpet replaced about month ago and our entire first floor replaced this week and both sets of crews were amazing! Cheri was very helpful as we looked for new floor and communication after purchase! Wonderful experience all around! I would recommend Floor First without a doubt!

These people do excellent work! Wally, Jason and Jen were so helpful when we installed our vinyl flooring in our entire first floor. They helped with the perfect product and color that met our needs. The dark wood grain looks beautiful and the white trim really makes it pop, just like Wally said it would. We are planning on flooring changes in other parts of the house in the near future and will use Flooring First again, even though we are all the way in Batavia!

This is the second premier vinyl floor I have had them put in my home. The craftsmanship is a home run and install was superior work. I loved it so much that I am doing the rest of my home even though the current floors are perfectly fine. I can recommend them with total confidence and am sure you will be as happy as I have been.

I just got my new carpet done today. I cant ask for anything better. They exceeded my expectations. They organized my closets. I was impressed. The carpet is beautiful. they did a beautiful job. They vacuumed everything and put back all my furniture where it was. Jason and his crew are the best. thank you all very much. I will be bragging about you guys for awhile

Flooring first very helpful and responsive thru purchasing and installation. Cheri worked endlessly to help me get approval from condo association. Jason resolved small issues during installation that day. Laminate and carpeting beautiful!!!
