Antoine, the assistant manager, was so helpful when I stopped at the desk by the tool department. I needed help figuring out how a screw worked on a robe hook I was going to buy. He used a jeweler's screw driver to show me how to operate it.

Yessenia was so helpful!!! She was very nice helping with the pricing, reviewing options for hauling away, and even having the patience while I discussed making the purchase. She remembered me once I returned too and personally helped me until I was done. Thank you for caring about this from start to finish! I'll recommend to anyone who asks. They are always so kind and polite here. Yessenia really went above & beyond and I hope management can see this/give her the recognition she deserves. Cashier was helpful too and the guys who loaded the car. You make a $300 purchase worth it so corporate should know you make a difference in buying decisions too!

I bought a Masterforce snowblower a few months back and I had taken it out of the box to test it and the battery was bad. Antoine in the tools department helped me find out the best route to get it replaced since it was still under warranty. He called just about everyone under the sun to find answers and the easiest way to help me get this fixed and he even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure everything was taken care of from the warranty company. Outstanding service Antoine, thanks for your help!!!

I have had only great experiences at THIS Menards. I needed a lot of wood for home projects. Although I live 'around the corner' from another Menards, I go here because the quality of product is extremely greater at the Crest Hill Menards. A bonus is that I purchased top soil from here and found it to be 54 cents a bag more in Joliet. 50 bags makes a heck of a savings. Causes me to wonder what else is higher priced there.

A year ago I purchased 8 2x6x8 pieces of lumber at Joliet Menards. No 2 were the same length. That is what caused me to do the rest of my home repair needs at the Crest Hill store.

Great staff. I always enjoy when I have to go to this store. It's clean, has an easy to understand layout, and has friendly and helpful staff. They are doing a good job with covid protocols. I try to get there at opening to avoid crowds as much as possible. Employees and customers all wear masks.

Great location----easy to get to, plenty of parking.
Great selection, whatever a handy person needs around the house or farm. Bery reasonable prices on good solid quality.
Plus which, a nice selection of seasonal offering, like toys and decorations for Christmas

So I came into menards in cresthill looking for some Tnuts, looked for half hour or so in the areas they were supposed to be with no luck, along came Evan, after looking for a few a period of time he found exactly what I was looking for in a really odd place, very patient and calm personality, menards needs more people like this guy, perfect!

My partner and I went there to buy some puppy accessories. We bought a new pretty pink for our adorable female pit-bull puppy. We bought an extending leash for her, a couple of toys. And for ourselves, we bought 50 ounces of Lifesavers, which is saving us 50 percent off regular size lifesavers. Staff were polite and helpful

Went to the Crest Hill store to pick up parts for my vent exhaust for my furnace and water heater. I asked Laura if she knew if I just missed it she helped by looking as well. Unfortunately they do not stock it I asked if she knew anyone that sold a 6x4x3 y she directed me to a distributor she knew would have it. She gave me a name and I was able to fix my venting and avoid carbon monoxide poisoning. She went above and beyond for my needs I am very thankful.

They had what I was searching for, which was great. The check out guy was polite and nice. Store looked pretty well take care of as it has always been with my few visits there.

This is definitely my favorite menards location, and I've been to quite a few of them. They always keep everything clean and stocked up, and I've always gotten great service. 5 stars

Just realized they have a nice food selection in my new Menards. We are working on our house and this discovery was the best thing to happen me all day. I avoided the grocery store altogether! Hi-5. Best prices, friendly staff and just a great place for our family to shop.

Menards in Crest Hill is clean and neat. They have all home improvements plus a grocery section. The 11% rebate cones in handy when they have it. They do not have in store contractors. They have a board with names and numbers of local contractors. We found a great tiling guy.

Always a well stocked, variety abundant, with knowledge enhanced associates who are never too busy to break away and take you directly to your desired purchase.
