Excellent customer service by Brenna today when my husband and I picked out new jewlery for Christmas! She was patient and helped us find what we wanted and made sure we got the sale discounts and had all the information about our new jewlery. Very attentive and knowledgeable. We will be repeat customers to the Effingham store to see Brenna. All the other employees were polite and helpful while we visited as well. Thank you!
