Petro Mart

I'm a daily customer of Petro Mart. The employees are friendly and courteous. There is a wide range of available products. I personally love their biscuits and gravy. Yum!

Fast,friendly, service

The workers were friendly and fast. They actually enjoyed there jobs.

Their products are a bit over priced and a couple staff are a little passive aggressive sometimes if you refuse to have a membership. Also, 2-4 times the past week and concurrently staff keep “asking rhetorically if I have rewards, then look at me as if i’m seemingly targeting them saying I still don’t have membership with them and I clearly stated every time I check out that I don’t them and why. Kind of makes me feel unwelcomed to shop there like i’m a stranger if I don’t conform, and feel my existence is equated to something infinitesimal comparatively.

I went in today and Kathy (spelling??) wouldn’t sell me cigarettes because my license was expired. Fine, I understand and jokingly said “oh geez I’m 52 years old”. She blurts out loudly how long my license was expired by. Yes I snapped on her at that point! I lost my child and have spent month upon month in bed. The last thing I can do is take a written test with the social anxiety I have now. No she doesn’t know my story but she didn’t have to be critical of me either when I was clearly joking. I have never had an issue in this store but I will never go back. Thanks Kathy for making me cry because if you’re going to belittle me I’m going to let you know what exactly is going on. I only left a star because you can’t post otherwise!

Persons park by the pumps, especially the diesel pumps and enter the store to buy a soda. They chat with a friend then use the restroom still blocking the pump 20 minutes later and they never buy fuel. I decided to buy diesel elsewhere. PUMP BLOCKAGE is a major problem here.

I hope your manager says i don't need a face covering to come in. I have medical reasons for not wearing a mask. And you wanna deny my business.

When a card machine is down they should let ppl know, and not wait til they have made all selections and they get to the counter to say something.
