I love the $5 biggie combo. I get a double stack, 4 nuggets, fries, and a frosty. Yummy! With tax it's usually $5.48 . Wendy's has the best nuggets

I just wanted eggs and bacon, with coffee. Amazingly, i got 2 fresh fried eggs and 2 strips of bacon, a cup of hot coffee for less than $4.00. Perfect! The 4 star rating is because i wanted either the yellow or blue sweetener, but they only had pink, so i wound up just using sugar. Very good coffee. I will go back to wendys in effingham.

I am from the Ozarks region of Missouri, born and raised. My mom and I stopped by here last month for lunch on our way home to Missouri from Ohio, where we had visited for a convention that week.
I was fascinated by the group of signs at the plaza across Avenue of Mid-America from this particular Wendy's. Not only that, BUT our to-go order was correct. I even tried their LIMITED TIME Strawberry Frosty, and really liked it as much as my chicken sandwich and SPICY chicken nuggets with French fries.

It took them awhile, but the food was good. Terrence was very good.

Very nice place. Food was good and not just thrown together like a lot of places. Presentation on the tray was a nice touch. Love the Biggie Bag and Frosty's!

The food at this location was the freshest that I have ever had from any Wendy's.

Everyone was very friendly and polite. There wasn't a long wait for the food and it tasted freshly made. The dining area was also very clean.

Finally!!! A Wendy's that made a perfect baconator and fries were pretty fresh. I travel a lot and the fast food industry is at a all time low with employment quality and all around service. Way to stick to it folks. Keep it up.

Wendys is one of my daughter's favorite places to go. I worked at a Wendy's back home for over 5 years so it's not always my first pick but she loves it. And this Wendy's is pretty good at having fresh food available

This Effingham location is THE BEST! We swing through the drive thru often and they are always so fast and friendly and our order is always correct and complete. Even our special orders for picky kids!

I popped through the drive thru today, the line was wrapped around the building (all fast food joints are packed on Friday at lunch in Effingham). The speed at which they got this long line through ordering & the fact my order was accurate and fresh was impressive, the fact all the staff was polite and smiling was even more so! Kudos to your team, thank you for your commitment!

It was Sunday right at 12:30 the middle of lunch hour. Cards were stacked up. But, they really had it together and we moved through pretty quick and our order was 100% correct and we had a large order for 5 people. They did a good job

I Love Wendy's Chili...

On the Evening of 23 FEBRUARY 2023, I was on the way South from Bloomington. Weather had been Wonderfully Chilly and Damp... and I had been Battling a Wicked Witch of a Crosswind for nearly 9 hours...

... and the Anticipation of a Hot Serving of Wendy's Chili and Mellow HOT Coffee in Effingham was keeping me going...

The Staff went All out to make it a Memorable Visit and (of course) the Chili and Coffee warmed me up, too...But, Truly now, without the Crew on Deck and Their Personalities this would have been just another quick meal.

It's the People that Wait and Serve that Make a Meal Special... and in Effingham, I was Blessed for All They Shared and Departed with a Smile on my face 😁!

The breakfast baconator and breakfast potatoes are the best! I don't go to McDonald's for breakfast...only Wendy's! I love a chocolate frost-i-cino with my food!

Excellent service and response time!!!Stopped by at between 6:00p and 6:30p on Sunday evening with a truck and trailer too big for the drive-thru. The staff on duty deserves a kudos. Excellent response to Covid regulations. I read the sign on the door to call a number if you can fit through the drive-thru. I called, placed the order, and the staff had the food out in no time even though the line was busy. Great job and one of the best experiences I've had at fast food during Covid.

Even though they were very busy during the lunch rush, they served us our food very quick. It was hot and fresh too. The employees were very kind and smiled. Very clean restaurant. (But a weird floor layout)

My 5-stars is given with the understanding that this is a Wendy's -- a fast food restaurant. The food "is what it is" to a certain degree with these places....

My 5-stars is for the fact that I walked in unannounced with a group of almost 12 college freshmen at 8pm on a Sunday evening, and was in-and-out under 10 minutes -- from us beginning to order, to our food arriving. Now, I know 10 minutes sounds like a bit for a fast food joint, but consider the numbers here... These staff BUSTED THEIR BUTTS to get us our stuff, and they even had another 4-5 people come in right after we did. Not once did we have to repeat any bit of the order, and all was given appropriately as well. They seemed a little flustered, of course, but were super polite and friendly along the way!

Color me impressed!!

I have never been disappointed with my service. Every order has always been right. All of my family eats there and they have never had a problem. So thank you to all the employee's working there.

The young man behind the counter was excellent. They were very busy he kept up with the orders, friendly and smiling as he waited on everyone.

This is consistently okay fast food. Never cold and my order is always correct! Service is surprisingly good.
