Classic Floor Coverings

Just had them do a second room pulling out an old carpet and installing hardwood. Great transformation in a day.

Great company

Terrible communication and service. First, I was recommended to this place from the person who did my flooring. I didn't know who they were at first so I was told they would be calling me. It took them a couple of days for them to call where I had to get in touch with the person who installed my floors to let him know that I never received a call.

Second, when they finally did call, I explained what I was looking to have done in my home and what I wanted for carpet (color and style). I was told by Alicia that she would send me pictures of a sample (or samples) via email for me to look at. While on the phone with her I asked her for an estimated quote and when she told me the price (which was way too much!) I mentioned that I had a budget that I wanted to work in and that I didn't want to exceed it.

I never received the email. Two days go by and I decided to call. No one picked up so I left a voicemail hoping that someone would call me back, which they didn't. I called a few days later and Alicia answers telling me she sent the email the previous week (never received it!) and that she is too busy at the moment to send me another one. However, I was told one would be sent to me in a few hours.

I did finally receive the email with pictures and a quote for way more than my budget! I replied back stating that I wanted carpet that was much darker than what she sent and if she had other options that cost less. This was on 09Jan2024. I still have not received a reply! It is actually a good thing that I didn't because I found a great place that provided me with great service and communication. I was able to get the same style of carpet manufactured by Main Street in the color I wanted and installed quickly for half the price!
