I needed to replace the hot water heater cold water input water valve.
I called many vendors and decided on Dream Home Plumbing.
Andrei listened to my needs and looked at photos of my valve location.

He provided me with a quote without a visit to my home.

Andrei and Robert showed up in the time range quoted and gave me a 20 minute notice.

Both were professional, polite and wore feet coverings before entering the house.

Since they had to use a torch for the repair, they covered my two smoke detectors to mitigate any alarm alerts. Good thinking that showed their experience and attention to detail.

Project was completed on time and on budget.

Finally, I had a new shower head that had low water flow. I asked them to correct. They did so and NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!!

Sometime last week our sink drain stopped draining entirely and our shower seemed to be leaking for the second time. Just off a google search, we found Andrei and Dream Home Plumbing. They were quick to respond and came out the next day, and diagnosed our problem. They were back the next week (yesterday) and fixed the problem in about 2 hours flat for a reasonable price. Highly recommended. Really got the feeling they were looking out for our best interests and not their own bottom line like many in the trade I’ve encountered over the years. Highly recommended!

These guys were great! I discovered a water leak late at night. They answered my call at 10pm and gave me all their tips until they could arrive. Robert and Andrei showed up first thing the next morning. They found the issue and resolved it. They were very knowledgeable on all the questions I was asking and very helpful is showing me the root cause. Thank you guys!

I will always call Dream Home Plumbing whenever I need something done in my home. Andrei, the owner, was great to work with. He communicated when he would arrive and made sure to explain everything that was going on in my home. DHP even took a look at the plumbing set up in my house and made recommendations so that I dont have problems in the future. Everything is fixed now and I feel like I couldn't have called anyone better!

Dream Home Plumbing did all the plumbing in our house when we did a total rehab nine years ago. They did a great job, were very reasonable and did the job on time. We have had no issues and the village building inspector mentioned how he was impressed with their work. Since then, they have provided us regular service and done a couple of installations and modifications. Robert and Andre are always very responsive, fair and have been great to work with. I highly recommend Dream Home Plumbing.

Andrei and Robert are the best!

We had a disposal failure and minor leak in the drain pipe under our kitchen sink. I called Dream Home Plumbing, and we set an appointment for a couple days later, giving me enough time to find a replacement disposal and, while we were at it, a new sink and faucet to upgrade the builder-grade materials that had been in place for close to 20 years.

It turned out the sink I’d ordered didn’t quite fit the hole in the granite countertop, which had odd-enough measurements that I worried we’d have to have a whole new countertop installed. Following my failure to find the right-sized sink online, Andrei and Robert returned and took the old sink to home improvement stores, where they somehow were able to find one that would fit – whew!

The installation was impeccable, and they even re-plumbed the pipes coming out of the wall, as the builders had done a poor job with that.

Long story short, we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the install, attention to detail, communication and reliability provided by Dream Home Plumbing. We will definitely be calling Andrei and Robert for future plumbing needs, and I’ll sing Dream Home Plumbing’s praises to any friends and neighbors who are looking for a plumber.

Robert came and installed a new sump pump and some new pipes for us. I appreciate that he was thoughtful enough to keep everything clean and clean up after he was done. Definitely will be using them for the future. Update 9/13/23. I was having issues with the sump pump not shutting off. After I called they came out the next day and had it fixed within 5 minutes and they didn’t charge me a dime. Hard to find plumbers like these guys. Would never call anyone else
