He honest, great with communication and treats the vehicle like it belongs to a family member. Detailed records and game plans are keeping the car or truck on the road. Brian and his son are awesome to work with. Being from out of town, we picked the correct place to have front end work done on our car. They kept us updated, very thorough in their work, and worked very hard to meet our timeline. Highly recommend.

On our way through town on the highway, we stopped in for an emergency assessment and fix. Bryan and Jon checked fuses, checked for electrical and mechanical problems and without sticking us with a big bill or unnecessary parts, were able to help us with the problem and get us back on the road for the holidays.

Best Mechanics in Illinois, not only do they guarantee quality work, they give a unbeatable price and make you feel like you're family. When my power steering pump/and knock sensors took a dump and I didnt have a way to work, they took the time out to make sure I made it to work and a way back to the shop after work . By the time I got off work my truck was fixed waiting and ready. Enjoyed a couple laughs together, paid my money for their services ( which was amazing compared to similar businesses) and was on the road again with a perfect running vehicle. Thanks BG will definitely be back when needed!!!

Brought them some new wheels and tires i had purchesed over the holiday and they mounted and balanced them no problem and had them ready for em when i went to pick them up , super friendly....will definitely be back

Good and honest people. My vehicle was going into lymph mode and shutting off in the middle of a 2,000+ mile move. Owner and staff stayed late on Valentines Day and got me back on the road! Couldn’t recommend more.

Best people in town! Unfortunate circumstances (rear tires gone bad on road trip) put me at their doorstep and I couldn't have been happier. Made me feel like family. Amazing people and even better work! An unfortunate event turned into the highlight of my trip having stopped here.

Awesome experience with BG Auto & Tire. Having experienced a blow out on the interstate and being towed here, I have to say I am very thankful. Foreign car, odd tire size, busy with other jobs, and these folks managed to not only locate tires, they had me back on the road in under three hours! Super fair price, incredibly hospitable, honest, and down to earth. America needs more small businesses like this! The opportunity to go here again may never present itself, but if I were a local I'd not hesitate to return.

Our family owns 5 "not so new" vehicles and these guys have managed to keep all of them on the road, even my GMC Sierra P/U with almost 275,000 miles on it. Always professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. With 5 cars/trucks always needing something at any given time, we have never given any other place a thought for service.

The staff here really seem to care about its customers and their vehicle's.. about getting them back on the road safely and quickly. They worked with us to get our truck fixed and back on the road in ways that other National chains maybe would not have and it was well appreciated!!- and they have our business for life now.

These guys are honest and fair. If it's something they can't do, they will tell you. If they do the work, it's done correctly, on time and for a very reasonable price. I no longer take my vehicles to the dealership. I go to BG
