The service isn't that really bad, but like an online crime be treated more seriously, but the people here can be rather bad sometimes.

would give 0 stars if i could they don’t respond even during their office hours!! i hate the government!

I am non-citizen, therefore not allowed for jury duty. Tried to log in to the I-Jury and I keep getting a "505 internal service error". I tried to call the number provided in the letter to try to excuse my self but the office hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, meanwhile the letter said "call after 5pm the EVENING PRIOR".

Funny this it is says "one of the most modern systems operating in Illinois", if this is what it means to be modern then I feel bad to where all the tax money is going to.

These guys are inconsiderate jerks. I am a full time student with anxiety trying to make money to pay for college and they won’t dismiss me from jury duty. I also haven’t had a vacation in years and they ruined my spring break. They expect me to fill out paperwork before going. Guess what? I’m not doing it on my time, I will do it on their time that is being taken away from me.
