Could you imagine giving someone a large chunk of money and eight months later they haven't even started the project? Well, that is what happened with this company. No renderings, no measurements, no start date - nothing.

I was patient and graceful with Lamar Miller b/c he came highly recommended. To my dismay, he took advantage of our patience and kindness and kept our money without being responsive. When he finally responded, it was aggressive and unprofessional and he demanded to keep part of our deposit even though he had done no work. In addition, he asked me to wait and be patient for him to return my $2k sink.

Honestly, if it were not for the recommendation, I wouldn't even think this is a real company. Apparently it is a real one - one you should steer clear of.

Let's not even talk about the implicit bias. Yeah, there are better cabinetmakers and people in that area and all around Chicagoland. This business needs time to grow.
