I stopped in looking for a small screw. I got immediate help finding it, personalized help making the right selection, and ring-up of my 22 cent purchase without being obtrusive or trying to up-sell me. I did notice that they had a wide variety of everything I might want, so when I need more than just a single machine screw I know where to return.
