Chipotle Mexican Grill

There is an older gentleman, not good with names but tjink Stephen. But dude has some great energy. Younger employees kinda treated him poorly by example pushing him to go faster...IT WAS ME THAT WAS THE ISSUE I read slow off my phone and couldn't decide stuff. He did great and was super happy I had him.

I tried again in person and it was better. I guess Grubhub messed up with the choices

The last 2 trips to store they were out of lettuce and chips. How can they run out of those items?!

Food is always good and portions are large. I usually make it into 2 meals.

The food is always fresh. The chips were not very fresh this time.

Great place for vegetarian food. We always get a vegetarian bowl, which comes with free guacamole for the asking. It's a big portion and very filling. We always ask for more beans since it's a vegetarian bowl and free cilantro. It's a delicious, healthy change of pace!

I don’t know what ppl are complaining about; delicious food with friendly service.

Food was great. Very fast.

I was so impressed with their care and consideration of the customers. My wife had preordered for me to pick the order up after I got off of work. When I arrived there seemed to a problem with the order. To make sure that we got the best quality they completely redid the order. Didn't take but 10 minutes, but they wanted the order right. Thank you, thank you, thank you to each member of this team.

My absolute favorite fast food place.

Good food, and a friendly staff. Ingredient Portion serving size varied from customer to customer, but it is still early into the store's opening. Given time, I would imagine it will get more consistent. Rewards equate to: for every ~13 to 14 burritos bought, you get the next one free (point scale).

Food so good you'll get stuck in a time-warp in a Wendy's for 20 minutes :D

There is usually a wait to pick up our DoorDash orders but the employees are actively working on them and not just standing around like so many other local merchants. They’re always polite and professional and as a delivery driver I appreciate that.

Hands down, one of the Best Chipotle's I have ever been too. I use to work at a Chipotle out of state so i have some sense of the standards and they exceed them! I travel for work and Chipotle always comes in clutch if I can't find anything local to eat so I have been to them all over the country. When i first walked in I noticed the lobby was very clean and I was greeted right a way by someone on the line. The manager (Emi or Emily i believe) was smiling and extremely friendly and made sure i was taken care of quickly. The food was on point and overall just a fantastic experience.

The staff is always so polite and very considerate!!!! The manager is amazing and makes sure the food is prepped for perfection😁 I love love love this Chipotle and would advise everyone to go here! If you’re haven’t ate here before then I recommend the burrito but honestly it is all amazing‼

I like Chipotle bowls, however this time I had to wait 10 mins for them to cook the Asada meat. They did comp me a fountain drink though. Meal was super salty for some reason. We think it was the lime rice. So not my best experience this time, but normally it's really good. Don't forget to ask for extra rice!!

This location blows the nearby Springfield, IL location out of the water. Fantastic service, great food, overall solid experience. Springfield Chipotle, you have some work to do!

I have always liked Chipotle. Good food good service. Good snd bad this time. I received hot fresh chips, they were great, also made me realize I had been receiving older chips. Not so good.

Great, fresh food. Online ordering was a breeze - all of our meals had our names and exactly what we ordered on a label on our individual containers.
Baffled by some of the negative reviews on here. No they don't serve free chips and salsa. It is not a sit down, wait staff comes serve you at your table kind of Mexican restaurant. No, a bowl does not cost $15. So many people are up in arms about a chain coming to town to destroy our beloved Solsa. Really? As if chain restaurants aren't a staple in Decatur. Especially right off the interstate. Cracker Barrel, Taco Bell, McDonalds, McAlister's, Cheddars, Panda Express, Red Lobster, Steak N Shake, I could keep going. For the record, I am a huge fan of local small business - especially restaurants. Grieving that RBK is closing. But I am a bigger fan of quality tasting, fresh food. Solsa is good - I'm not a hater. But Chipotle just tastes better.
