It's a decent spot but only if you wake up early to go line up before everyone shows up. I like their first come first serve and the take a number system. Makes it fair for everyone. If you want to be in and out quickly, I suggest you wake up early!!!

terrible location, after testing. lady with glasses says. i need to take a test in front of an observer now because my urine was to warm when i just got over a fever. waste of time, drove all the way from orland for no reason. terrible facility

Beware they lie about working hours and when the doctor is here. Came over here only to find out they work only till 3:30 and the doctor is not in the clinic for medical exam every day what a lame excuse of a clinic go somewhere else and close this clinic down

Don’t go there!! First of all they are absolutely unprofessional and rude.
I did a pre employment drug test there and 22 days later and they haven’t sent the sample to the lab!!! They clam they sent it the very next morning but when the company called the lab itself they said they never got it and they don’t have any records of it. Plus I had a company code meaning the company will pay for the drug test and they refused to accept it
