Culture and history are the first things that you might notice when entering the Walgreens store. When you enter this store, you will notice that the interior design gives off a classical vibe. The ambiance of this store made me feel peaceful and relaxed. However, I was also intrigued with the history of the structure of this store, so I looked it up on the internet, and I was surprised to know that it used to be a bank, and I was fascinated by how they managed to preserve its historical and notable features. The most interesting part here is their vitamin vault. Some of the things that can be found here in this vault are vitamins and other medicines. For me, it was a very clever yet interesting way of displaying their products. When it comes to groceries, the items are clean and properly organized. They also have a number of selections for liquors. Other things that you can enjoy while being here in this store are that they offer free parking, and they also have clean and decent restrooms. The products here are a bit pricey compared to other stores, but it was worth the price because you get to see and feel the history of this place and how it came to be.

Good Walgreens location. Typical Walgreens- a little bit of everything. I'll add that the staff at this location are very helpful & friendly. The Pharmacists are very nice and helpful. Store is always nice and clean too.

Excellent customer service at the pharmacy here. I fill my prescriptions here often and haven't had a bad experience yet. Specifically, the pharmacy technician named Zach is always very attentive and fast at getting my prescriptions. I have been to other Walgreens where the technicians have been slow and rude. Even though this Walgreens is not closest to my house, I prefer this location over any other.

I have had the worst experiences at Walgreens since both of my favorite pharmacists no longer work at my primary store. I was put through things no other human should deal with at 2 pharmacies in Illinois. Instead of waiting until 9 A.M. to get medication that most likely would take 30+ minutes to fill IF the systems were not down due to terrible technology and storms, I was able to go out at midnight to get my life-saving medications since I wouldn't have had a ride until after my refill date. There was one issue, and it was resolved in less than ten minutes. I understand the drive-thru is a long wait, but you can't find any pharmacy open 24/7 that is looking out for your well-being. I originally came here because my favorite pharmacist works here, and I trust them to fight for me against anyone; now I'm here because of the amazing pharmacist I met tonight. I've been on medication since 2014, and I would rather wait in a drive-thru than being questioned about every single thing that my doctor or insurance authorizes. This store went above and beyond my expectations, and I will be telling everyone about how this is a fantastic fit for those who can't get transportation and get lectured for it. I didn't catch this amazing pharmacist's name, but this person stopped me from needing an emergency room during COVID-19. Thank you so much. I'm extremely grateful for tonight when I thought all hope was lost. Be safe, and thank you for utilizing PPE while other places have not.

I usually go to the Walgreens on Harlem 87 they are friendly I also come here once in a while stopping by after work or if I need to come to Walgreens because this one is open 24/7 this lady Fayda is a hard working lady ! She deserves the best she is always working and she is so kind I hope nothing but good for her she makes the store much better in my opinion! Thank you FAYDA❤

Im really shocked at all these bad reviews. I have never had a problem here and the pharmacy's staff is always helpful and professional. I actually go out of my way to come here

Overall the pharmacy is much better then cvs thats on 88th. I gave it 5 stars because Pharmacist Craig is the most knowledgeable, kind and non-judgmental Pharmacist i ever came across. But the turnover rate for techs is high, often leading to big misunderstandings and trouble. Id rather come here then go to the cvs on 88th / 87th st bcuz of the Pharmacist Donna Ranjbar, who is very judgmental and rude to the point of tears...that cvs put me on hold for 45mins and hung up...

Pharmacy is always busy, btore not so much. Clean, well stocked, friendly employees.

The pharmacy at this location has gone above and beyond for me. Of the Walgreens in the area, this seems to be the best pharmacy so far when it comes to caring.
