update on Saturday June 18 2022: people no longer need to wear a mask while entering and walking inside Jewel, however I still do wear it while I'm inside
Update: People are still walking into Jewel-Osco without their masks, and unfortunately Jewel-Osco still doesn't do anything to enforce people not wearing masks, especially when the omicron variant is 10 times more contagious than delta. Jewel-Osco shame on you still!!!!

My best friend lives near by, I stopped for a bottle of Moet, Balloons and flowers. Everyone in the alcohol department was super nice. The florist was a sweetheart. Very professional, I recommend this location to everyone that enjoys great customer service!

Just wanted to say my cashier kalina was extremely helpful and courteous. I normally don't write reviews but she deserves to be acknowledged.

This Jewel is our family's favorite neighborhood grocery store. It's local, clean, always stocked and the staff is awesome. They're knowledgeable about where things are located in the store. Also, the bakery, deli, and kitchen are amazing! The bread loaves are fresh and better than the other grocery stores in the area. Cheep Chicken Mondays are a hit! The fried and grilled chicken are a delicious option when the wife and I need a quick protein for dinner. Did I mention they're open till midnight??

4 u deals and 20 percent off after 5 prescriptions at the pharmacy has made me a weekly regular shopper here. I love a good deal. They seem to always have good sales too.

Kiara in the flower section was very considerate and attentive in helping us pick out flowers. She was obviously passionate with her job and made it a special shopping experience. Her kindness is reason alone why we will always return to this grocery store. A+ Customer Service.

Beautiful store now after the remodel

Just did a little shopping here and was pleasantly surprised with the new displays in the store for Ramadan. They were absolutely beautiful and made it easy to locate ingredients often used in traditional middle eastern cooking. The project managers seemed to be giving the crew members an overview on the displays while I was there and I was delighted to hear how knowledgeable they were about Ramadan. It was also nice to see that part of the crew presenting to the team members were Muslim themselves. It is significant that when underrepresented peoples are finally gaining positive representation, that they are also being represented by their own people. MashAllah good job jewel’s for recognizing that significance. Excited to do my Ramadan shopping at this location (:

Always Good Products at your Local Jewel-Osco! The Pharmacy staff is very friendly. My Family comes every Monday for there "Cheap Chicken Monday" Specials

Pretty great location for grocery shopping. Usually I can find everything I’m looking for here, and more! There is a great balance of self checkout kiosks and actual cashiers. There are plenty of workers around who can help you when you are looking for a product you can’t find.

One employee in particular recently stood out to me the most. Their name was Emily I believe? I was looking to see if anyone knew where to find a particular drink that I had heard from some friends and wanted to try. Even though they work in the floral section, they were very much willing to help and turned out to be super helpful! While the particular item seems to not be sold at this store, they were able to tell me a few places that I may try and look for said item and even described what each of those sections had (whether it was the drinks in the fridge or the energy drinks in one of the aisles). They were also super helpful at recommending me flowers that I would like based on some colors I gave and questions I asked. This is definitely one of the kindest workers I have ever interacted with.

I do wish that Jewel had an implement “finder” for items on their app (similar to how Walmart, Target, BestBuy, etc have a little section that tells you which Aisle you can find a specific product). Even though that doesn’t exist, this place is pretty fantastic. Would 100% recommend others to shop here!

One of the best Jewel-Osco locations I've ever been to! They always have the freshest produce and best butcher selections. They also have the best in-stock selections that other stores are usually out of. Quick and accurate online orders make this spot my favorite, and it's only a few blocks away from where I live. How convenient!

I have been shopping there for 32 years. Its always clean store and you will find everything you need . And now they star selling Middle Eastern Grocery at good price . Customer service awesome. Highly recommended!

Always great selection of items/ food and great deals. Always my go-to jewels. The only problem is, i wish they would keep one of the doors open for guests instead of having to pull one open. I struggle today to get one open by myself with my newborn in the shopping cart.

I shop here all the time and I've never had an issue,but the other day I went in for a flu shot. The wait was very long even though I made an online appointment. I would've been upset except the Pharmacist was amazing. She acknowledged the long wait and apologized for it. She was by far one of the nicest and welcoming pharmacist that I've ever met. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She was lovely.

I have been going here for years. Nice neighborhood grocery chain. Excellent meat and fish selection with many items on sale. Great customer service from a friendly staff. Still the best price on cheap chicken Monday, 8 piece grilled or fried $5.99.

I can always go in here and find what I want easily. They usually have good deals on produce items, and vegetables. This past weekend they had 24 case of water for $1.99 I thought that was an awesome deal. Also there meat selections are usually pretty good. They have sales on most items. I'll be back to visit soon as I do majority of my grocery shopping here.

Great deals, good prices, bakery department is wonderful they have made several custom cakes, hot food department was great with catering my event, pickup staff are great people. This is a good location.

The cashier was remarkable. The bread I picked out was ripped she noticed and sent the bagger for another. Made my shopping trip. Very down to earth and personable
