College of DuPage Bookstore

I attend school at COD. Recently had to make a return due to a bookstore error with our class. Had absolutely no problem doing an exchange. Keep up the good customer service. Thank you for all you do!

The College of DuPage bookstore, in the Student Resource Center, is well staffed with adept, speedy experts who know what they're doing. The layout is excellent with everything organized logically, plus bonus goodies if you're into the school spirit business, of course. I recommend ordering online and picking up in store for all your books and browsing for fun stuff in person.

It was packed because it was too week before school started and everybody was very understanding I trust everybody's questions comments concerns They took care of them with all the multitasking that they were doing throughout the entire day even until the moment. All around awesome associates very customer service oriented very pleasant under strenuous times but yeah also very understanding to at the same point.

My experience at the bookstore is the majority of the people are extremely nice and very helpful. I'm taken back by the bad reviews, as customer service is top notch. They do an excellent job capturing all the little items students may need in a pinch. Thanks to COD book store!

Friendly staff that are eager to help and walk around and ask if anyone needs any help. Easy to find books and plenty of staff at check out to help also. Of course, textbooks are way over priced throughout all of the country but nice the bookstore offers used books and even the ability to rent them.

I don't understand the comments about the horrible staff. I just went in today to get my books and some apparel and everyone was just lovely. One of the floor employees went and picked up all of my books while I followed behind. All of my questions were answered with genuine smiles. Everyone at COD is lovely though. Thank you!

Very nice people in back of store to help us. Open in the evening is very convenient.

Only thing I don't like is now books are listed by author instead of classes. Workers are VERY helpful & know where things are. Lines seem to move quickly 👍😁

They carry a lot of stuff from school supplies to general convenience store items. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Had an issue and after talking to the manager it was resolved quickly. She was very professional! Very happy with their assistance.

First day of class was crowded but line moved fast. The employees are also nice and very helpful

It's usually crowded at the beginning of the semester but is quite in the middle term.

Ask for the nicest person there (her name starts with an "R"). They have the kindest people work there.

The Folletts College of DuPage Bookstore, College of DuPage, 425 22nd St, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 has what you need when you need it and the staff are very helpful in finding what you need if help is required.

Very helpful staff, many workers will come up to you when looking for a specific item/book and help you find it.
