This company is like no other I experienced before. Every person on the team was very knowledgeable, very friendly/respectable and patient. I knew nothing about GREAT ADJUSTING prior to having work done on my home but I can honestly say I made the right choice. My roof, gutters, siding and windows look amazing and the repairs were done in a timely manner, much quicker than I thought. When shopping around for exterior repairs, I highly recommend GREAT ADJUSTING. When a homeowner HIGHLY recommends a company for repairs, they’re not only looking out for the company but for another homeowner as well. Trust and believe these are the guys you’ll want to do business with when you’re in the market for repairs.

From the evaluation to the actual work, all was handled professionally and the process was as discussed and timely. I would say that our home feels protected with the new roof and confident that all was done properly. We would use Great Roofing again and we would recommend them to friends and family.

What makes this company 5-star is their responsiveness. I ALWAYS got a response from John, Jon, or Brad when I reached out with a concern. While no job of this magnitude will ever go perfectly, it is rare to be able to count on a call back in a reasonable of time (usually the same day!) and with transparent, honest communication. This was a big job, and the roof looks beautiful. I was left with a couple of of minor things I feel like I had to settle for, but the guys took the time to explain why they made the decisions they did. I don't feel it's enough to take off a full star on the review. My roof and gutters are still brand new, but I feel confident that if I have any problems with them in the future, I can count on Great Roofing to make it right.

Great Roofing was more than great. I dealt with John, who was always on time, flexible with my schedule, friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent and fast communicator. The roof was done in a day, with a couple odds and ends quickly finalized the next day. I would highly recommend them and would/have recommended them to others. It's always a pleasure to work with a company that is good at what they do.

Great Roofing did a great job on my Mom’s house. The roof was an amazing upgrade but want to mention the detail that John addressed with the damming issues, mold addressed with wood replacement, and recommendations to address the interior issues. He went through exactly what needed to be done and was efficient and detailed. We received compliments from the neighbors too!

These guys got everything approved by insurance and got the job done quickly and correctly. Will recommend them to anyone I know getting a roof done. Truly a fantastic experience! Amazing

I was 9 months pregnant when construction started on our home. We thought our roof would be a quick and easy process but once the roof was off there was structural issues found.
Between storms and Insurance not responding, our home went through massive rain storms that caused damage to our wood, insulation, and the ceiling throughout the entire main level of our home.
Once Great Roofing got the roof on, they helped us get in contact with a drywall/paint guy who fixed all the interior and garage damage we had sustained. Great Roofing replaced the soffits, fascia, and gutters that were damaged during the job and let us pick new colors for everything.
From Great Roofing, Brad was available any time we needed. The owner John was involved from the very beginning. Martin and his crew was efficient at fixing the exterior and sympathetic to the issues happening inside the home. Matthew Fields and his crew did an amazing job fixing our garage and interior.
After a rough process, our house feels like a home again. Thank you to Great Roofing and the crews that worked on our home.

I've had lunch where we exchanged experiences and ideas in business with the sales manager. I've had great conversations around operations with the production manager in the middle of the gym floor, and I've even got killer advice from the owner on a Facebook group.

I had a hole in one of my soffits that needed repair. So I called John, the owner of Great Roofing and asked if he can take a look. John was able to come to the house at a moment's notice, assess the issue, and schedule the repair to occur in two days. Not only did he himself repair the soffit (see pics), he was on time, professional about the job, communicated with me via text that the job was completed, and provided great value for this level of work. Having Joe and Great Roofing take care of an overwhelming project for us was like a gift from heaven!! Joe brought everything to us, so we didn't even to leave the house! Joe's time, patience, and thorough explanations were of a great help in us making our decisions on materials and how we wanted things to look.

Great Roofing replaced the roof on my house after a hail storm. Fast response to my questions, once insurance approved the claim? It was completed in two days. A complete tear off and replacement, and I didn’t even find one loose nail on the site after they were done. John even took pictures with a drone before and after, and helped with some other issues with the house he found on inspection. Great crew and I will definitely use them again. I strongly recommend using Great Roofing.

This company is amazing. The job had to go thru insurance, and they were responsive to every detail. Installation crew was very professional and kind especially with knowing dogs were home in the house. John kept me informed of the process. He came to the house to check progress. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing/gutter needs.

Great Roofing are the best. They are very professional in their installation of the roof, the gutters and the siding. Our salesman Joseph was the greatest. He explained how everything will come together. If I can give them more then a 10 I would. You want your house done right contact them they are the greatest.

My house was a terrible disaster after a huge storm destroyed my entire upstairs of my 2 story house. I had a huge tree through my ceiling . My entire roof was damaged. I would have lost my mind if Mike from Great Roofing didn't come to save me! He is professional and came out right away to put tarp around the hole where the tree was in my roof. I had to have 2 cranes to remove this tree.Mike and his crew immediately put a beautiful new roof on once the tree was removed. They were on time and made everything easy for me. I was so happy with the job they did! They even arranged a painter to make the inside look good. Mike worked well with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered because I had a lot of structure damage as well. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Worked with Joseph and Mike who were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, genuine, and personable. We had storm damage and they were very quick to do an inspection, and helped us through the whole process with the insurance company as well. The work was done perfectly and timely, even despite finding that the old roof was not up to code and needing extra work to get it done correctly. With my permission they worked with my insurance company directly and were able to keep me out of the back and forth headache that can come from these kinds of things. Cannot recommend them enough, and will be returning to them for siding work in the future.
