I called Armbrust to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. I was given an appt for the afternoon time slot. I rushed out and purchased a new replacement faucet “just in case” the faucet was unfixable. I was charged $731 for 1 hour of labor and an additional $89 for”a service fee”. Yep, $800 to replace a kitchen faucet. I am and continue to be in shock. I wrote the owner, no reply. I can’t afford this kind of service, can you?
